"Good morning mom"

"Gising ka na pala anak. Sandali ipaghahain kita."

"Si Manang na ang bahala doon. Are you sick?"

"H-ha?"

"I was asking you if you are sick. Last week ka pa matamlay"

"Wala ito. Puyat lang ako every night."

"???"

"Uhm, time difference... I have to make an overseas call every night kasi yun lang ang oras ko to call Zach....
Samantha anak, do you want to go to the garden? Halika.."

"Thanks mom. Uhm, mommy?"

"Hmn?"

"Who's Zach? Since we came back here i always hear you call him over the phone. He seems to be very special."

"He is anak. He is as special to me as you and Kassy. He's the only one i have for the past 2 years. Ngayon lang kami nagkahiwalay."

"You missed him, right?"

"So much anak. I really missed him so much. But it's okay now, he's coming here also. Would you like to see him? I am sure you'll like him. He likes you and Kassy so much. I always tell him stories about you."

"I- i don't know. I'm not sure if i would like to meet him."

"You should anak. You'll surely like him."

"When is he coming?"

"Tonight.... nga pala Kiefer, can i take a 2 weeks off starting tomorrow? I want to spend some time  with him. And if you will allow Sam and Kassy to go with me?"

"You can have your leave anytime. Afterall hindi naman kita empleyado. But you cannot take my daughters with you ; not when you're with your man. Konting respeto naman Alyssa."

"Ha?! Ano bang ibig mong sabihin?"

"You can take your leave and have a date with him anytime you want. But you don't have to bring my kids with you just to meet that Zach of yours!"

"What!? You don't understand Kie-"

"It's final. You cannot bring them with you!"

"Are you jealous of Zach?"

"Of course not! We're not together anymore so why would i?"

"Oh come on Kiefer.... i know you too well. Pinilit mo nga akong iuwi dito sa Pilipinas eh. 😊"

"Don't assume too much Alyssa. Isinama kita dito because i am doing you a favor... you wanted to be with the kids diba? Yun lang yun."

"Then kailangan ko palang magpasalamat sa iyo. Thanks Kiefer ha!"

"The kids Ma, they wanted to see their  cousins daw eh. So i dropped them dito."

"That's good. Si Manong nandun sa gymn, asan ang asawa mo?"

"He's busy with their new project. Ma, i'll just go to the gymn po, Thirdy has bilin kasi for Manong eh."

"Sige at tawagin mo na rin ang mga bata para makakain na tayo."
