"Yes that is correct, now that you understand my pain what do you plan on doing Naruto Uzumaki."

"Well that's simple really, I plan on..."

"Well that's simple really, I plan on making the Akatsuki work for the Leaf Village, " I say with a grin on my face.

"S-sorry what did you just say, " Nagato flustered.

"You heard me, come work for the Leaf, " I said boldly.

"And why would I do that, " he asked.

"Because I know your working for someone higher up. I know a lot on this topic and sorry to break to ya but whoever it is is probably just using you. If you want to make this world a better place then do it right and accept my offer."

NAGATO'S POV

As I look at this little boy, I can't help but think how smart he is. I underestimated him from the very beginning since he walked into the cave. I heard about Kitsune being very powerful and ranked as an SSS-rank shinobi but then I heard he was just a little kid. I doubted him and that was a big mistake. It would be unfair to refer to him as just a boy because he has obviously seen all the conflicts and affairs this world has to offer. Imagine a grown man inside a child's body would be the right words to describe him. Here he is talking to me and understanding me while making me rethink my life choices. I thought that he was the naive one but it's probably me. Maybe it's the fact that we come from the same clan that makes me want to follow him or it could be something a whole lot more.

"What makes you believe that I won't betray your trust, " I asked.

"Well, to be honest, it's just a hunch, " he grinned.

"I do remember telling you that the ninja from the Leaf Village killed my parents, why would you believe that I will just accept your offer like that, " I questioned.

"The truth is I'm not a big fan of the Leaf Village either, "Naruto sighed.

"Why is that, " I then asked.

"Growing up and even now, the villagers treat me like I'm a monster just because I have Kurama sealed inside me."

"Kurama, are you referring to the nine-tailed fox."

"Yeah, his name is Kurama, he likes people that call him by his name so be sure too."

I nodded my head for some reason and he continued speaking.

"I don't particularly like the people in the village but the village itself is a beautiful place. See people are selfish and it could use more people like you who actually want to make it a better place. Plus I'll have you know I like taking the easy way out of things and it would be much easier if I take out the bigger threat sooner than later."

"Even if I do say yes, what makes you think all the others will willingly align themselves with your village."

"You're their leader, do your best to convince them, " he said with a devilish smirk on his face, "plus, if you are really desperate, tell them that I know their location and I can capture them any time I want to."

"So blackmail, " I frowned.

"Basically yeah, " he chuckled nervously, "but who knows, probably they will go willingly. So does that means it's a yes?"
