Kou sat on the bench as he waited patiently for Yashiro. Unlike Lemon, he was nervous and sweating like crazy. Countless thoughts began swirling in his mind wondering if he'd mess up their date
"Sorry for the wait, Kou-kun" he snapped from his thoughts and gazed over the owner of the voice
"S-senpai, you're here. Let's go inside" he hissed at himself when he realized he stuttered a bit
He led them inside the skating rink and thankfully the place wasn't that crowded
Kou wore his skating gears and helped Yashiro afterwards
"Do you have any experience in skating, Senpai?"
"Not really"
"That's okay, Senpai. I'm here... I won't let you fall" he stepped on the ice and held his hand for her. She slightly flushed at his word and gesture as she shyly took his hand
She held his hand tightly as she let herself be guided by him. Not long enough, her stiffed body began to relax. She was surprised that he was as skilled as Yuri Katsuki. He securely gripped her waist and gracefully skate on the ice
"Wanna see some tricks, senpai" she nodded eagerly
He wanted to impress her so he started with an axel. He glided backwards using his right foot and leapt off the ground then successfully landing on the ground
"That one was called axel" he informed
"You're soo cool, Kou-kun!!" She beamed
"Want to see another one?" She nodded again
He leapt off the ground using his left foot and performed a triple loop then landing on the same leg
"That one is called a triple loop"
"I didn't know you were this great in skating, Kou-kun" she complimented him
"It's all thanks to Teru-niisan"
"Now, I'm gonna teach you the basics of skating okay?" She nodded her head determinedly. Fortunately, his senpai was a fast learner. She might not be as skilled as him but skilled enough to not fall over
"You're doing great, senpai" he clapped his hand proudly
"It's all thanks to my great teacher" she smiled
(And we definitely can't call it a date if we don't have those clichè scenes)
The duo was now skating side by side. They failed to notice the stranger who was going on full speed. The stranger bumped at her back and was about to be face flat on the ground but instead, she was met with someone's chest with their hands gripped on her waist
Yashiro looked up and saw a flushed-face Kou. Their faces were so close to each other that they felt each other's hot breath. Her face slowly reddened so shyly looked away
"Are you two alright?" The stranger asked worriedly
"We're fine" they both answered in unison as they scrambled away from each other
"That's good to hear. I'm sorry for interrupting your date. Bye!" The stranger with a mask on quickly went away. Kou felt as if he heard that voice before and he swore he saw some of his blonde hair peeking from his beanie
"He seems familiar" he mumbled to himself but shrugged later on
"Senpai, are you hungry?" He asked and she nodded
"There's a park nearby. Let's go there and eat" they wore their normal shoes and began walking to their destination
"Look, Kou! A photobooth!" She excitedly dragged him inside and instructed him to pose for some pictures. They waited for the result and burst out laughing
"We look hilarious" she said she continued laughing

Kou placed the blanket on the grass and they both sat down
"Yes! I get to taste Kou-kun's homemade food again" she clapped her hand rapidly
They began eating and finished later on. They lay down and began spotting different cloud shapes
"I had fun today" she giggled at herself
"Me too"
They let silence engulfed them as they gazed at the sky. The leaves swaying from time to time from the gentle breeze
"Mom said that people's feelings are only temporary"
They went quiet again and Kou shifted his position. He used his hand as his pillow and stared at her
"But mine isn't. These feelings will remain 'till my hair turns white"
Yashiro looked back at him and blushed
"I'm sure everyone has their own fated partners. Right now, my partner could be you or they might be somewhere far away. If ever I'm not the one who's your heart is seeking... I'm glad...."
He sat up without breaking eye contact with her. He crawled towards her and placed his hands on each side of her head. He looked at her eyes and smiled
"I'm just glad that you were my first love" he kissed her forehead and instantly stood up
"It's getting late now. Shall we head home?"
The walk towards her house was silent. They arrived and he was about to leave when she suddenly yanked his shirt down. He felt something soft touch his cheek and flushed when he realized
"I kissed Lemon yesterday on the cheek too. It's my way of thanking you all for your efforts and hard work" she smiled and went inside
"Damn... Lemon-senpai was the first to receive her kiss" he sulked
"I may not be the one for you senpai but I don't regret loving you" he smiled childishly and went home
He arrived at their house and instantly searched for his older brother
"Niisan! Don't think that disguise could fool me! You were clearly that masked stranger from earlier!" He stomped on his way to the kitchen and saw his brother eating cookies
"Looks like I've been caught~" he teased
"Niisan!" He went towards his brother with an unreadable expression
"Thank you" he smiled and they high-five
"I really didn't stalk you at your date though. I just happened to be there for some leisure time" he explained
"Yeah... I know. I had fun at our date" he informed and went upstairs
(I'm curious who she'll end up with. Yuri Katsuki is from Yuri on Ice btw. JAAAAYYYY OUT!!)
