Iwaizumi pov:

For the next few nights, Kawa and I would alternate between swimming and sailing. He reached me how to improve my swimming skills while I taught him how to sail. Right now, he just crewed but he would sail himself in no time. Kawa learned quickly and now we always sailed with the foresail. I wanted to let him be the helmsman but I was scared that we would capsize. I didn't trust people easily and even though I was sure that Kawa would be able to be the helmsman, I didn't want him to be just yet.

Every second night we would swim. It was mainly me training and him watching while telling me how to improve. Sometimes it was hard to do what he told me to do because I forgot it while swimming or because I was still used to the way I did it before and I needed time to relearn it.

Kawa wasn't a bad teacher but you could see that he never did something like this before. I didn't really care though because he really helped me improve. Maybe it was just the training but I think Kawa played a pretty big role in my improvement as well. He also taught me how to crawl and backstroke. Those two swim styles were different from the casual breaststroke but not that hard to learn. I had a few problems with the correct breathing at first, but after some practice, I figured it out.

During the day, I would hang out with Mattsun and recently also Makki. Mattsun finally talked to the boy next door and to my surprise, they immediately clicked. I was happy for them at first but now it was just tiring because I had to deal with two Mattsun's every day. The only difference was that Makki was a little more hyperactive.

I sadly didn't have any regattas in the last weeks but that was alright because I was able to sail every second night in my dreams with Kawa and almost every weekend. Sure, a regatta would have been fun but sailing itself was enough for me. Especially when Kawa was the one sailing with me.
