The girls went wild over the amazing news for Erin's training today. They screamed at the top of their lungs for a good 5 minutes straight, before they had to calm and get down to business. Elle frequently voiced her complaints about her poor choice of clothing for training - that it wasn't suitable for impressing hot athletic boys. 

Ally was excited to see some of the boys on the team since she went to school with them previously and was happy to see them again. Lyss however, was scared of human interaction with strangers, especially those of the opposite sex. Erin was nervous about seeing Alex, and about how her friends would react to him.

When the time came, the girls all piled into the car with Erin's dad. They were all teasing her about Alex, which made her sporadically blush like a tomato. The girls helped to carry the ball bags and setting up for training. The boys gradually started to arrive - and then came Alex. Erin started tensing and all the girls knew it was him. 

Alex was just as Erin described him and more. He really did have those lovely spring green eyes and fluffy brown hair like a cute little puppy. He was also really tall, like around 6 feet, with a really slim, but muscular body that every girl dreamed of.  Erin was seriously lucky. 

"Wait, he's actually so cute though," Elle said whilst gawking. He truly was. With that sweet olive complexion and boyish smile, he caught the attention of all the girls. 

"Woah, your a lucky chick, Erin!" added Ally. She also started to notice some other guys on the team who she immediately recognized. So did the boys, and a crazy reunion started between them. 

Lyss had noticed Alex and noted his great looks, however, was focused on a certain male approaching in the distance. He was tall, not as tall as Alex, but with a darker colour hair, and tan skin, with sharper features. 

"Who is that?" Lyss asked Erin. 

"That's Jacob, he's new this year," she replied. 

Jacob. Jacob, Jacob, Jacob. Now he was really hot, just like Jacob from Twilight. And those lips... Lyss had to slap herself to bring herself back to reality. Elle and Ally joined her and they went over to the swing in the play area so that they would not interfere with training.

"Alex is actually so hot, Erin is so lucky," Elle said whilst swinging the swing gently with the movement of her foot. She nonchalantly curled her hair around her finger when some of the boys were looking. 

"Yeah she is," replied Ally. Ally was still getting over the fact that one of the boys on the team - which she was friends with since primary school - was taller than her! She had been taller than him for a good few years. Oh well. 

"Mhm, yeah, well what about Jacob?" Lyss suggested. She was really falling for him and his hazel eyes that she couldn't resist. Lyss was slowly developing a crush on Jacob, and the other two girls could see that. 

Ally and Elle suggested to Lyss that she should go up to him and talk to him, but she refused. She thought she wasn't confident enough to talk to another person, a stranger, let alone a boy. 

The night continued on, with Lyss' eyes glued on Jacob. Frequently, they caught cute moments between Erin and Alex and just started talking and going on about it, sometimes a little too loudly; to the point of distracting most of the team. The girls became a little bored of just sitting in the play area so they decided to walk down the hill to the field and interact. 

The girls did a few stupid things here and there, especially with the balls. They threw them around, kicked them, stood on them, all for fun and to the annoyance of the team. Then the girls had a wild and crazy idea.

"OMG, cheer check!" shouted Elle. Ally, Lyss, and Elle broke out into doing cheerleading for the team, to Erin's dismay. She was extremely embarrassed and feared about being babied by the boys on the team over this. The three girls called Erin to join, but she refused. However, the rest of the team sided with the cheerleaders and tried their very best to get her to cheer, but she was stubborn. 

Afterward, the three girls decided to be a little sneaky. They make a cheer for Erin and Alex - Erin tried to shut them down but was unsuccessful. Luckily, Alex was on the other side of the field and did not hear.

It was really cute and they even had actions to match it. At the end of the last line, Elle did her infamous split straddle jump. It was a great cheer, and it was quite disappointing to the girls when Erin disapproved of it. Ally picked some grass from the ground and pretended that it was a mini pom-pom whilst Lyss tried to convince Erin of its greatness. 

The hype died down and the girls just decided to sit on the grass and chill for a bit. They were taking heaps of photos and videos of the training session, especially relaying information to Elise, their friend. Elle decided to film part of the training session, and at the right moment too. Alex had picked up one of the footballs and snuck up behind Erin to surprise her. Ally too had noticed and pulled out her phone to catch this vital moment between the lovers. Lyss was starstruck, and once the video ended, the two videographers sent the video off to her to edit it into an amazing mini-movie of the love story between Erin and Alex.
