"You know you can move forward." Skye bluntly said to Jack as the pair was boarding the plane, caught in a whirlwind of people.

"I know that, give me a second." Jack argued back. He tried to maneuver his way around the different people but would end at square one of being trapped behind someone.

Skye rolled her eyes, pushing past the boy and making her way to the seats they would be sitting at. She squeezed between pairs of people, saying sorry along the way if she knocked into them. Eventually, she found herself standing next to the two seats Jack and her would be using. "Was it that hard Avery?"

Jack scoffed, "Anyone could have done that."

"Not you."

The pair sent bickering one liners to each other as they stored the luggage into the storage compartments above them. They then sat down, Skye taking the window and Jack taking the isle. There was a small seat between them for some other person. Skye frowned at the unused seat.

"Is anyone sitting in that seat?" she asked as she pointed down into the seat. It would only be able to hold a very small child.

Jack looked down at the seat, "Yeah, we booked the flight late so we couldn't get seats next to each other. Someone is in between us." the boy explained, watching Skye's face drop.

"What? What if it's someone who doesn't shut up? Or they snore loudly? What if it's a small child who won't stop screaming or kicking?" Skye started to complain and Jack just ignored the girl as he rested his face in the palm of his hand.

Skye rolled her eyes at the boy, turning away as the two awaited for whoever they would be sharing a row with. They endlessly watched people pass them by, looking them up and down as if they were scouting them out for the perfect person to sit next to. But in the end, all passed by and continued away from the pair.

Although, it became pretty obvious of who they would be sharing a seat with when a small child stopped at the row, practically screaming her head off.

"No way! No way! No way!" the small girl repeated over and over again, jumping up and down in place as she looked at the two people in the row.

Jack and Skye made a small eye contact, both confused on why the small girl was screaming so loud.

"Sorry, but are you sitting here?" Jack asked the girl. She slowly nodded her head as if she had just been starstruck. Like all her prayers had been answered and there was nothing wrong with the world.

Jack gave her a faulty smile, lifting himself out of the chair to let the small girl pass him by. She did, but didn't once take her eyes off of Jack.

Jack noticed and looked over at Skye who just gave him a confused shrugged, watching the small girl sit down in the seat between them.

"I'm a huge fan!" the small girl finally said, whipping her head between the two members of her favorite band.

Suddenly, the ride to New York seemed like it would be a long ride as the girl started rambling about how she was a major fan of the two boys.

"This can't be happening! I can't believe this! I'm so lucky, you guys mean so much to me!" she cheered, squealing as she shook her hands in excitement.
