Antonia Octavia had to remain hidden, protected by Marcy and Greg Montenaro who disguised themselves as teenagers, who went together with their Mother- Antonia Octavia who was now transformed into a disguise of a healthy, vibrant 34-year-old Fashion Designer. With the help of Elegorn - Antonia Octavia used elemental powers given to her, to transform herself into a younger form- so that the Illuminati forces would have a harder time getting to her. 

Carlos San Jose had the perfect disguise. He created a false identity and transformed his Identification and other important papers and information online- he will emerge in the public as a Dr. Santino Ybanez, a young, up-and-coming celebrity doctor, a surgeon who also specializes in -cosmetology and facial reconstruction in Beverly Hills, California. He would open up a new clinic for celebrities and influencers - the Social  Skin Care Group.  To defeat them, they must join them. Be one of them, which is not far out and hard to do. Since Carlos San Jose was already equipped with vast wealth and resources at the onset. 

 Using sophisticated AI and alchemy they were able to dupe and recreate the mark of the Dark serum into their own body. In order to avoid getting detected, they have to act as vain as possible and create a false software chip patch on their left hand to symbolize that they too have already been injected by dark serum. 

He will present himself together with his long-time girlfriend and wife to be Carla Ybanez which of course would be Emilia Cherovi herself in disguise.  They would act as ostentatious as possible while using this new disguise. Brunette and blonde, tacky and as flashy as they could be far from what the Illuminati would suspect-

The point was to be the talk of the town and to be able to collaborate with as many companies as possible, with new so-called treatments they would call Diamond Skin and Vampire Facial treatments, and Oxygen and blood cleansing techniques and injections -all to be able to set into the motion the plan to counter the dark serum which is now prevalent in the circles of the rich and the powerful-- dangerously reaching the middle class- and circles where poverty thrives. 

The red liquid/powder elixir's power is potent, once injected into the blood it will rejuvenate the stem cells of the receiver, and it will last inside a human body for 3 weeks- it will enter his saliva, blood, and skin and anyone who comes in contact with this person for the next 3 weeks would also be transformed on the inside.
