Shuichi

The door behind us closes and we're left in a small room. It's empty but for a round gate at the opposite side. I walk toward it and push it gently to see if it's locked. It's not and it swings open at my touch. Music plays on the other side. The tunes is irregular and something I can't make sense of. I can't help frown. It's kinda annoying.

"What is that sound!?", Keebo sais and cover his ears.

"I don't know, but it's kinda catchy." (No one can say that something is catchy without making my think of that puppet Harry Potter song.) Tsumugi smiles and moves her hand in rhythm to the music.

Maki and Miu go pass me and enter the new room. The rest of us follow. The first thing I see is a labyrinth. Well is on the same level as us so all I can see really Is a high wall. The second thing is Kokichi... flouting... in the air. His on his belly sleeping on a large pillow. He hears us coming and raised his head toward us.

"Hey guys.", he sais sleepily and yawn. This version of my friend also doesn't have purple hair, but sky blue and his eyes ocean marine. He's wearing pajamas and he has pink almost purple circles under his eyes. "Did you have fun?"

"You tried to kill us with your monster bear!", Miu yells.

"I did? Huh.", he said. "Aren't you going to ask me if I had fun. That's kinda rude y'know." He turned to lay on his back. "For your information, i did not. I was bored but I'm glad you're here to cheer me up. Thank you for asking."

Miu looks like she's going to blow but before she can say anything I speak. "What do we need to do to pass this level."

"Ouch Shuichi, do you really hate me that much. I thought we were friends."

"No it's not like that!" Keebo speaks up. "We're doing this to save you!" The boy on the flouting pillow doesn't turn or speak. It's quiet for a second.

"If you really want to leave, you'll have to go through the labyrinth I guess.", Kokichi says after a while.

"Isn't there any rules?", Maki asks.

"Uuuuu... I don't know. Can't you ask somebody else?"

"No we can't.", Kaito snarls.

Kokichi moves a little bit back and looked down over the labyrinth. "Get to the middle and you'll done, happy know?"

"Is there any traps or tricks we should know of?" I try to stay calm but I too am starting to lose my patients.

"Maybe there is or maybe not. Find out yourself if you really want to know."

"What's wrong with you!?" I turn to see Himiko. Her hands are clenched into fists and tears rest on her eyelid. "Our life are at stake and you don't even care! You're a- you're a monster!"

Kokichi finally looks up. He too is tearing up but he wipes them of with his sleeve. "I knew it! You do hate me! You're supposed to be my friends but I guess you don't care about me at all. No one does!" Offended and hurt he he turn his back on us and flouts out of sight.

"H-how dare he..." Himiko is crying.

"Is Himiko okay?" Gonta put a hand on Himiko's shoulder. "Gonta doesn't think blue Kokichi meant that. Kokichi is a trickster, he lies all the time. He just don't know that his jokes hurts friends." (I can't really remember how Gonta talks but I tried my best. Ily gonta<3)

"Thanks Gonta.", Himiko says and wipe her tears of. "It's just... it's just hard. When he acts like that, like he doesn't care. And we're dying and- and Tenko a-and Angie..." The red headed girl starts sobbing loudly and buries her head in Gonta's chest. I stand awkwardly at the side. I don't really know how to handle these kinds of things. My thought immediately turn to Kea... I can't even think her name. If I do I think I'll brake.

After a while Tsumugi, Kaito and Keebo joins the hug. The rest of us don't either feeling that we're not welcome or that we can't handle that kind of emotion. A couple seconds or even a minute passed before the mage pulled away.

"We should probably get going.", Maki finally says.

"Yeah let's do this!", Keebo says and we follow him into the labyrinth. And with that the game has begun.
