Chapter 11:~Memory loss~

After some hours, Elora woke up and saw Thranduil sitting at her bedside.
'Who was that elf in front of her? She had never seen him before. And where in middle earth was she?'
"Elora,"The elf asked gently. 'Elora? Is that my name?' She asked herself confused.
"Iellig," Thranduil asked gently. And Elora looked at the elf confused, "Who are you?," And Thranduil looked at her suspiciously, "Memory loss is nothing to joke about, Elora,"He explained. And Elora looked at him confused, "I'm not joking. I've never seen you in my life," And Thranduil looked at her shocked and quickly stood up and left the room. "Hey! Don't leave me here! Who are you!?,"Elora screamed after him.

Elrond, Galadriel, Emersion, Legolas and many other stood in the throne room when Thranduil stormed into the hall.
And Emersion noticed the shock in Thranduil's eyes. "Mellon nín, what's wrong?,"Elrond asked the upset Elven King.
"Adar?," Legolas asked worriedly. And Thranduil fought to hold back his tears, "She doesn't remember,"He mumbled. And Elrond looked at his friend, "Mellon nín, what are you talking about? What doesn't she remember?," And Thranduil swallowed, "She doesn't remember me," And Emersion looked up, "What do you mean?," And Thranduil swallowed, "She said she have never seen me before in her life," And Emersion swallowed, "She's still in her infirmary room, right?," And Thranduil nodded.
Emersion sighed, "Let's go talk to her then. Maybe she remembers me at least,"
And they went down to the infirmary.

Elrond opened the door to Elora's infirmary room and they entered.

Elora quickly stood up and backed against the wall, "Please don't hurt me, please!,"She cried. And Galadriel stepped forward, "We're not going to hurt you, Ithildin," And Elora looked at the elleth dressed in white and golden blonde hair, "Who are you?," And Galadriel took a deep breath as she felt her heart shatter, "My name is Galadriel. I'm the ruler of the realm Lothlórien. I'm here to help you," And Elora swallowed and crawled closer to the right corner of the wall.

Galadriel sighed and squatted down a bit from her, "I know you're scared, that's alright. But you're safe now. We're here to help you. We are going to help you. Trust me. Trust me and let me help you," And she held out her hand to Elora who looked at her in fear. "Trust me I'm here to help you, because I swear to you that I am," And Elora swallowed and took Galadriel's hand. And Galadriel smiled, "Do you trust me to help you now?," And Elora nodded weakly and Galadriel helped Elora up and gently lead her back to the bed.

And Elora sat down in the bed. And Elrond stepped forward, "Elora, may I call you that?," And Elora nodded and Elrond smiled, "I'm Elrond, Lord of Imladris," And Legolas stepped forward, "Elora, I'm Legolas Thrandulion Greenleaf, Crown Prince of The Wooded Realm," And Elladan looked at his wife, "I'm Elladan, son of Lord Elrond," "And I'm Elrohir, son of Lord Elrond,"Elrohir said. And Emersion stepped forward, "And I'm Emersion, wizard of The North, son of Hadrian," "I'm Aragorn son of Arathorn, King Of Gondor," Aragorn said. "And I'm Gimli son of Golin," Gimli said.

Elora swallowed, "Why have you brought me here? Where am I?," And Emersion sighed, "You're in your Kingdom, Elora, you're 'The last Light elf'. Queen of Dragons and The Light Kingdom. Is that something you can remember?," And Elora shook her head, "I don't even know how I got here. I only know I'm 'The Last Light elf' nothing more," And Emersion went over to her and placed his hand on Elora's, "You were poisoned. We cured you but the poison must have made you get memory loss," And Elora looked at the wizard. There was something familiar about him, "Don't I know you from somewhere?," And Emersion smiled, "You do. I was close to you," And Elora looked at him confused, "Were you close to Ilitri?," And Emersion nodded, "Yes, I know him. As he knows me and my brother Cirdan who's dead now," And Elora looked at him confused, "Will my memories return?," And Emersion sighed and pulled out her necklace he had managed to get from her old room in Cirdan's castle that he had given her when she turned 100 years old (18 years old)
"Take this and see if you can remember something," And Elora looked at him suspiciously but took the necklace into her hand and memories of her life with Cirdan til the recently when she passed out of the poison returned to her and everyone looked at her hopefully.

Elora looked up at the wizard, "Emersion?," And Emersion smiled, "Welcome back, Ithildin," And Elladan smiled in happiness.

And Elora looked up at Thranduil, "Adar," And Thranduil smiled, "Iellig!," And Legolas smiled at his sister, "Muinthel, you're back," And Elora went over to her father and Thranduil hugged his daughter tightly.

Elora broke the hug and hugged Legolas and they went back into the meeting hall.
"Elora, you told me you recognised something in 'The man in cloak' who attacked you,"Emersion said. And Elora got a memory flash of the event in their journey to the misting mountains when the man had stuck the knife into her stomach and forced her to look into his cold green eyes.

And Elora swallowed, "It was his eyes. I swear I've seen those eyes before," "Ithildin, you must try to remember,"Galadriel said gently. And Elora tried to remember where she had seen those eyes. Everything came back to that night she had been raped by Kadir and his men. And then she remembered the human man who had been at Kadir's side. He had had the same green eyes as the man in cloak.

"I know where I've seen those eyes before now,"Elora swallowed. And Emersion looked at her, "Where?," And Elora turned to them, "One of Kadir's men had the exactly same eyes," And Emersion sighed as he remembered that night she had been raped.

"But Elora, he was mortal. He can't be alive now. He has been dead in over 2000 years,"Emersion explained gently. And Elora sighed, "But his family line still lives. The man who attacked me comes from that line. 'The West'. The same line who murdered Pharom and tried to murder Arnel. They both died because their father was a 'Light elf'," And Thranduil sighed, "Elora, you've been poisoned and has had memory loss. You need to rest. Then we can talk about this when you've recovered your strength fully," And Galadriel went over to Elora, "Come with me, Ithildin. So shall we get you to your room and get you to bed," And Elora nodded.

Galadriel helped Elora put on a white nightgown and Elora laid down in her side of her and Elladan's bed,
"Sweet dreams, Ithildin,"Galadriel whispered.
And Thranduil entered the room and went over to his daughter who had already gone into a deep sleep and gave her a kiss on the forehead, "Losto mae, iellig,"Thranduil whispered. (Sleep well, my daughter) And he and Galadriel left the room and closed the door behind them.
