Aleksi had hoped that his new assignment wouldn't be too bad. A few accidents here and there but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. But this was heaven. And when they were pissed off...well let's just say not everyone has lived to tell the tale.

Each band member was rowdy and unpredictable. They were all so careless and oblivious it was a wonder that they made it to adulthood. First there was the simple things, tripping over random objects or walking into light poles. Then there was the walking out into oncoming traffic or hanging out of the windows of their house. It made Aleksi want to scream. But getting frustrated wouldn't help him keep them safe, especially if it was clouding his judgement.

And yet, he understood why he had been tasked with protecting these humans. The angels wanted proof that he could deal with any kind of accident and that his...failure was just a one off mistake. As he was thinking, he noticed that Joel had decided to just hang out of the window for the fun of it. Sighing, Aleksi walking over to the window and manipulated Joel's mind into needing a drink. He then guided him back to the floor safely and watched as he sauntered off to get some water.

The rest of the day had fortunately passed pretty peacefully. Olli had tripped over his own feet whilst he was looking for his bass but nothing else really happened after that. Well, at least until the evening when Niko suggested that they all go and get drinks. The boys agreed and Aleksi groaned. Something was bound to happen, it always did.

The boys had to take the stairs as the lift was broken. They all chatted and messed around as Aleksi walked behind them slowly, afraid one of them would get hurt. The thought of how strange this would look if he was visible did amuse him though. Their messing around got worse as they approached the steps. And just as Aleksi predicted, something happened. Joonas fell.
