Morning set over L'Manburg. It had been a day since Ranboo was welcomed to the country and I was nicely settled in the comfort of my L'Manburg home.

I had decided that today I would try and find Sapnap, and see if he carried the same values of Dream.

I hopped off the front steps with a bag in hand and headed to my neighbour's house to see if he wanted to join.

One knock.
Two knocks.
Three knocks.

No answer.

"RANBOO!!!!" I screamed hoping to wake him up. Or scare him.

My scream earned a bang for inside, then the front door clicked open revealing the tall man rubbing the top of his head, adjusting his crown.

"Y/n why do you always scream?" Ranboo said, partially tired.

"I have no idea Ranboo, it's just to get people's attention."

"Well, why couldn't you knock?"

"I did, I knocked three times and seeing as it looks like you just woke up. The scream did well."

"Sure Y/n, sure. Now, what's up? Why did you wake me as soon as the sun rose?" Ranboo said not ready to step outside into the cold air.

"I want to go find Sapnap, he's the one that was holding you captive."

"Why do we want to find him?" Confusion laced in Ranboo's voice, "Has your screaming made you go delirious?"

"No Ranboo," I laughed at the odd humour, "He was a childhood friend, and as you saw before he follows what Dream says, he isn't like Dream. So let's go!"

"Y/n, I can't."

"Why not?"

"Tubbo hired me to be his minute's man, I have to go now to see what that job even is. But have fun finding Sapnap," Ranboo said now locking the door behind him, "Stay safe!"

And with that he left into the busy community of L'Manburg, leaving me at his doorstep contemplating if I should find someone else now.

After much-needed thought, I decided to head out back through the forest towards where Dream and his goons would live. It wasn't much of a home rather than a hideout, Each one of his goons had separate houses throughout the world, but I knew Sapnap wasn't the best builder so the hideout would end up being his home.

After a few river jumps, mountain climbs and a quick break, I had made my way over to the hideout and I was searching for another entrance while also scouting out to see if Sapnap was alone.

He was.

I jumped in through a little window they used as a venting system in their kitchen and earned a squeaky shout from Sapnap.

"Sapnap shut it, it's me Y/n!" I sad covering his mouth with my hand.

I slowly removed my hand from covering his mouth and he looked so scared to see me.

"Y/n! What are you doing here? Dream might find you!" Sapnap worriedly said.

"Nick it's ok, I didn't see him at all on my way over here."
