││7TH FLOWER۞

there were things that I never understand, but I guess no one is made to understand and all-knowing in the very beginning. we are to learn many things as we live our life. 

yet I never understood why I should be doing this.

"How sucks to be you." I stared at the same pitiful pyro abyss mage from a while back as we stood on the upper ground. After many years, I once more stepped into this place. Such feelings made me want to crawl back to the abyss. the sun burns my eyes but I can't return, not yet at least.

"(Name) I need you to return to the upper world... You shall stay there for a year if you still desire to return after and ... Still dare say those words again. With the same meaning and emotion. Then I'll--" I stared at Aether who seems to redden to say his next words.

"...You'll find out when you return!!" He turns around and left me behind with the abyss mage at the portal of the abyss located somewhere near mondstadt.

...

It seems that I have to live in this place for a whole year....' I thought as I lie on the ground near the abyss portal.

I look around and gather some woods to make a makeshift house. When I'm able to make a space that can cover me from the sun, I lie inside and waited.

After a few hours, I realize that the abyss mage that I don't notice left me before come back and saw me in the entrance stared at me as if I'm a person who's trying to mix water with oil.

"...WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?"

"the prince said I need to live here for a year." Was my simple words to him but he seems to trigger by those words and starts to throw a fireball at me and summoning some pyro slime. Since I'm someone who relies on my instincts to survive I manage to dodge them.

"Your kinda a bully right now. Just because you can control elements." I said to him as I grab hold of a trunk of woods and hit the flying slime that is approaching me.

The moment the slime landed beside him, it exploded.

"Poor slime..." I mumble though I'm not a bit guilty about it. I look at the abyss mage who is more angered than before, he is like a volcano that is about to explode.

Sensing that this fellow is up to no good again, I ducked to the big rocks and I saw a pyro slime rain upon where I once stood

I don't really fear death but rather I just think that abyss mage is being meany.

"STOP RIGHT THERE ABYSS MAGE!!" it seems that our fight has attracted the attention of some people, a girl in a white dress comes running with her is a flying little girl.

"GUHHH ITS THE TRAVELER!!" The pitiful abyss mage went running away before the girl can send him flying with her blade.

I went out from my hiding spot and stared at the girl in a white dress, she reminds me of the prince and that dream of mine.

"Are you ok?!" The white flying girl asks me in worry as she fly around me. "Your not hurt are you? Fear no more paimon is here to the rescue!!" She proudly said after I nodded my head for the question she ask me.

"...anyway, why are you here in the entrance of the abyss?" The girl in a dress asks me in worry while staring at the entrance of the abyss a few feet away from us.

"I live here." I don't really talk to any humans before but the prince. People of the abyss is more chatty than I am. So talking to a new crowd is a new feeling. I can't help but remember the moment from years ago, where I'm in a crowd but I'm dying from hunger and they all just walk past by me. They don't give care or lend a hand.
