The next morning Neon and me had contacted Charles and convinced him to talk to my mother about that I would go to a 'Boarding School'

My mom was in the living room calling so Neon and I were standing behind the wall listening to what she said. When we heard her say bye we both ran back upstairs and went into my room. Neon quickly got a book but helt it upside down. I got a random box and just looked at it. Then I heard my mom knock on my door. "Come in" I said. "Hey, I just talked with the principal" she said. "And?" I asked. "He sounded weirdly familiar" she said kinda to her self.

Neon and I looked to each other. "Anyway, you're good to go" she said to us again. "Thank u" I said and got up and hugged her. "What were you guys doing?" She suddenly asked us. "Uh- just- reading" Neon said. She looked at him. "Upside down?" She asked. He looked at the book. "Oh yeah UhM that's- a new, reading, technique?" He said. "Oh" she said. "Well, if you need anything I'll be down" she said and walked out. "Oh and he said you can start in a week" she added and then walked downstairs. I closed the door and sat back down on my bed. "Shit it worked" I said. "Dude this is awesome" Neon said. "In a week, shit" He said. "That's pretty fast" I said. "Yeah- but hey still a week" he said. "And it's not like we will never see each other again right?" He asked. "I hope so" I said. "You better visit" He said. "You better visit me" I said. "Mmh maybe" he said and I laughed.

Neon left at 10 pm, when he left I just lay on my bed. I decided to go skating because I was bored. I grabbed my skateboard and my headphones and went outside. I skated for a while, not knowing where, I just skated.

I wasn't paying attention to where I was going and I suddenly bumped into someone. I looked up and saw Peter, the fuck? "You gonna apologise or just stand there like a little asshole on a skateboard?" He said and smirked. "What are you doing here?" I just asked him. "I live here, what are you doing here?" He asked. I looked around and saw I was in street only a few blocks away from my house. "I'm just- passing" I said and got on my skateboard again and skated away. "You still haven't apologised" he yelled after me. "I'm sorry" I yelled back sarcastically.

'For someone I don't wanna see, I see him a lot' I thought. Anyway, I skated a lot more while I blasted music in my headphones. I checked my phone and I saw it 12 am already so I went back home. I walked in and saw my mom in the living room so I tried to be as quiet as possible, but of course, the floor cracked. "Y/n?" I heard my mom say from the living room. I sighed softly and walked to the living room. "Heyyyyy, what up mom" I said. "Where were you?" She asked me. "Outside" I said. "I told you, don't go outside after 11 pm yes?" She said. "Yeah I know, I'm sorry" I said. My mom sighed. "This is a warning, now go upstairs and go sleep." She said. "Yes mom" I said and went upstairs. I put my skateboard away and put my pyjama on and went to sleep.

The next morning I woke up from my alarm. It was Monday so I had to go to school again. I basically put it on snooze way to much so now I would be to late. I quickly got up and put some clothes on. I packed my stuff and went outside. The next buss would come in like 30 minutes so I would be even later if I went with the buss. I ran back upstairs and grabbed my skateboard. I skated to school, I didn't really hurry because I was going to be late anyway. When I got there I went to my locker and put my stuff away. Then I walked to the classroom and walked in. The teacher totally ignored that I was to late and I just sat down. I saw that Neon and Lana were sitting together, again. I'm glad they are doing so wel together.

The ball rang so we all walked out of the classroom again. I walked to my locker and put my stuff in there. Then I suddenly hear Neon. "Where were you? I was afraid you wouldn't come" he said and leaned to the locker next to mine. I laughed a bit. "I just slept through my alarm" I said. "Of course you did" He said. "Maybe that's your power. Sleeping very deep" he said. I looked at him and laughed. "Anyway I saw that you and Lana are getting pretty close" I said to him. "Yeah" he said and smiled. I looked at him and hit his shoulder. "Aww you're in love" I said. "What? No I'm not" He said. "Yeah right" I said.
