🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊"So..." Sirius began, glancing over at where James, Remus and I sat on the bed in their dorms, where we had been hanging out for most of the day "Full moon's in a few days, Moons, you starting to feel it yet?"
I shifted a bit, to look over at Remus who was looking a little tired and pale but doing his best to hide it, but the boys and I knew him to well.
I knew he hated the full moon, we all knew it and we all hated that he had to go through it every single month.
At least he didn't have to do it alone anymore.
Thanks to Minnie and Dumbledore
We had found out about Remus's secret in first year, I mean, I'm smart, I pieced it together pretty quickly but Sirius and James weren't to far behind. But we didn't confront him about it until 3rd year. He had had a bad run of it and had to stay in the hospital wing for a week, because there's no magical cure for Werewolf scratches even self inflicted.
So, the other boys and I decided it was time to tell him we knew what he was, that we still loved him and would be there for him whenever he needed it.
He was shocked, of cause he was, he was embarrassed, but once he realised we meant what we said he accepted that we weren't going anywhere and he seemed reviled he didn't have to worry about us finding out and being scared.
We of cause had to tell Dumbledore and Minnie we knew, which was how we ended up in her office, having what could only be a described as... a strange conversation.
*Flashback*
"What ever it is you think we did... we didn't do it." I told the transfiguration Professor as James, Peter, Sirius and I before her desk.
"Surprisingly miss Evans, I didn't call you in here because you caused trouble." McGonagall sighed, rolling her eyes.
"Then what's wrong?" James asked confused.
"Mr Lupin has informed me that you four have found out about his...condition." Dumbledore smiled at us.
"You mean his furry little problem?" Sirius smirked cockily.
"Precisely Mr Black." Dumbledore chuckled.
"Yeah, we've known since 1st year professor." Peter added, timidly.
"Well, when you found out, is beside the point, All I want to know is how much you know about his condition?"
"You make it sound like he's sick and needs fixing." I scoffed, earning a rather shocked look from the boys as I stood up. "There's absolutely nothing wrong with Remus, Professors, he's an extraordinary boy with a heart of gold. This wasn't his choice and he doesn't need to change."
"I completely agree miss Evans." McGonagall smirked as she raised an eyebrow at me. "I'm well a wear of who Mr Lupin is and what he means to the four of you. I just want you to make sure you are fully aware of his situation."
"We know pretty much everything Professor." James spoke up, glancing at me quickly.
"Yeah, Frankie made sure we read up on everything we could find out about werewolves when we figured out what Remus is."
"So, you know the dangers of who Mr Lupin becomes on a full moon?" McGonagall asked.
"We know professor." The four of us spoke.
"And obviously if you were to try and help him, you would have to do something incredibly dangerous?"
I shared a look with the boys who seemed to be just as confused as I was.
