It had been a week since I was Hexed by Snape and 5 days since I had woken up. Things have been good. I mean, James haven't left my side, in-between classes, he'd meet me after classes, come with me to study.

It was like he was keeping an eye on me, incase someone attacked me again. Which I thought to be very, freaking sweet, Evan if I did think he was being overprotective.

Which, I guess, is why I wasn't all that surprised when I walked downstairs to find James sat waiting on the sofa, doing his homework.

Ok that bit was a little surprising.

"You waiting for me?" I called out, as I walked over  sitting beside him, resting my head on his shoulder. "James, is everything OK?"

"Yeah, of cause, why?" he asked, looking down at me with an eyebrow raised.

"Well you've been... well, overly protective recently. Don't get me wrong, I appriciate it, but it's seeming more like you're working rather than wanting to hang out with me."

James gave me a conserned look as he shifted round to look at me a bit more.

"Frankie, there's never gonna be a time when I won't protect you and after what Snape did, I Just don't want to see you hurt again. So me being close to you makes me feel less a whole lot better. And that I won't lose you.

"Jamie, I'm not gonna leave you." I chuckled, reaching over to hug him tight. "But, I'd rather you hang out with me because you want to, not because you have to, to protect me."

"So, what do you propose?" He chuckled.

I sat quite for a while, thinking things through, then I just shrugged.

"I have no idea." He smiled. "Want to come to Hogsmead with me?"

"What? like with the boys?" I asked.

"No, Just you and I, hanging out, goofing around, do Some shopping, maybe get a drink?" He offered with a grin.

"Sounds like fun."

"Sounds like a day I get to spend with my favourite girl and that's a day I'd never pass up for anything."

"Me too. So I'm gonna go get dressed and we can head out." I explained as I stood up and headed back up stairs to my dorm.

I ran over to my trunk and pulled out a pain of pain jeans, a lange, some what oversized Jumper and a pair of knee high boots. I left my hair in its usually long, messy curly do before I grabbed my bag and ran back to James, who Still waiting.

"You ready was to go?" I asked, fussing with my hair.

"Yeah, let's go down." James smiled, standing up and holding his hand out. I took his hand and immediately we both headed out, saying hello to the few other student we saw on our way out.

"So what should we do first,"  I asked, smiling up at James as we walked.

"Hmm I don't really care, I just wanna hang out with you and actually have some time together, just us." James shrugged, letting go of my hand and wrapping his arm around my wirst, keeping me close to him

"Wow, what's going on here?" A voice called out and we turnes to see Remus, Sirius, Pete and my sister all sat in courtyard.

"Hey you guys!" I smiled as James and I walked over, it'd be unpolite not to say Hello

"Where're you two off too?" Lily asked, smirking at me.

"Hogsmead." James and I both answerd together,
