Tsukishima had just finished watching his daily dose of furry drama videos and re-watching the anthrocon 2019 dance competition (spoiler: strobes won) and was feeling lonely like usual. With such a cold heart and only Yamaguchi who understands his quite possibly pocket burning addiction, there was nobody else left to turn to. Nobody left to love him like Nick Wild loved Judy Hops in those furry fanfictions he had read on wattpad not that long ago. Suddenly, all of his prayers were answered when an advert appeared on his phone. "Furrder?" He questioned himself, for he may have found the only way a boy like him could find love in such a small town, populated by normies and non-furs, who just wouldnt understand. He downloaded the small app, then tugged at his wardrobe door allowing a large raptor-looking suit to shift its weight onto his lanky body. Its base colours were mostly greens, and its piercing blue eyes shimmered like stars when the light hit off the holographic pieces trapped within their cage of plastic. It was a digitigrade suit, since he was willing to pay extra for its appealing look and fancy patterns. He suited up, taking selfies and cute photos of him wearing it, and unfortunately, he tried to keep its hands out of view. He knew that it was seen as 'uncool' to lack puffy toe beans, and he was ashamed of himself for missing something so simple out of his fursuit wishlist. Alas, he had eventually finished his profile when a knock sounded at his door.
"Tsukki?"
"What do you want?"
"You decent?"
He panicked, a sudden surge of anxiety filling his fluffy body. What would Akiteru say if he saw him in such a state?
"Ill give you five minutes... but its important, k?"
"Alright..."
Tsukishima sighed out, trying to sound as unbothered as possible as he squirmed out of the tightly fastened suit. He had taken off the paws, the head and... damn! The zipper snapped off as his sweaty hands fiddled with the silver tab.
"Ready?"
"No, not yet."
He could barely hear anything other than the pounding of his heart at this point.
"Right, you've taken a while now... are you alright, Tsukishima?"
He paws faster and faster, trying not to break it while he sheds his second skin.
"Yes, im fine. Leave me alone."
"Well i just think that-"
"Akiteru."
"Thats it... im coming in."
"Wait no-"
But before any more stalling left his lips, Akiteru was already pushing open the creeky wooden door to discover his younger brother, half in half out of his colourful fur cocoon. Suddenly, quick as lightening, Tsukishima bolts to the bedroom door, closing it and tightening the lock.
"Dont. Say. A word."
"I-"
Akiteru stood, flustered by such a... weird hobby that he never realised his brother had. Yet again, hed never seen his brother in such a state of embarrassment. Better keep this secret to himself...
