"C'mon," I whine. "It's no big deal, I've been on a million other dates with Sodapop in my life."

"Yea, but he hasn't seen you in a year," Lexi smiles as she starts cutting my long red hair.

"What are you doing?" I yell at her.

"Red, is not your color. Sorry love," Destiny informs me.

"Plus she's not making your hair short, just average. It's too long right now...It just doesn't suit you," Evie adds.

"I'm gonna literally kill ya'll for this," I threaten.

"You wouldn't hurt a fly," Lexi laughs.

"Whatever," I sigh.

After like a half an hour of cutting, brushing, dying, and styling my hair Lexi smiles as she announce, "done!"

She spins me around so I can see the mirror, and the first thing I do is gasp. I run my fingers through my now pink hair, "this looks so cool!"

"I knew you would love it," Lexi smiles. "When we were younger, you would always talk about pink hair and how much you wanted it."

"What if I hated it?" I ask smiling.

Evie shows me more hair dye and the pair of scissors, "easy, we had a back-up plan."

"Wow," I laugh.

"You know you love us," Desy teases as she pinched my cheeks.

"Ya'll are lucky I love ya'll" I laugh. "Now, what am I going to wear?"

"This," Lexi smirks as she hands me Kendall's old headband with pink tints in it, but it's mostly black with some white on it to make the pattern as it combines with the pink.

"This," Destiny smiles as she hands me a leather jacket and ripped skinny jeans.

"These of course," Evie hands me pink converse. "They'er yours to keep."

"Then lastly this," Lexi replies as she hands me a pink tank-top. "We're gonna buy more pink stuff later."

"Deal," I shake the girls hand before I run upstairs to get changed.

"Sodapop, I can not believe you took me back here," I smile as I sit down on the same beach we fell in love on years ago.

"Anything for my little pickle," he laughs as he sits on the blanket.

I look at him smiling, "so Pepsi-cola, we're still young and we have a lot to figure out. What do you say, are we dating?"

"Do you still have those rings?" He asks.

I pull them out of my pocket before sliding them onto my finger, "yes."

"I love you so much," he smiles.

"I never stopped," I return the smile adding a peck on the lips.

I look at the man I've loved since I was fifteen and all I can do is smile. "What?" He asks.

"I just can't believe we're back together again," I laugh.

"We've had one wild Dylan," he replies laughing.

"Yes, we have," I agree as I lay my head in the crook of my neck.

"I wouldn't have it any other way though," he informs me as he kisses the top of my head.

"Me either," I mumble.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," he quotes.

I can't help, but laugh. I look at him still laughing, "is this how things were supposed to be?"

He shrugs, "I don't know."

"Neither do I," I sigh. "I hate that."

"What?"

"Not knowing."

"I know. I hate not knowing what we could of been, would of been, should of been."

"What would of happened if I never would of met you that day in the DX?"

"I'd still be chasing after Sandy or dating one of the girls I was cheating on you with, with no kids and not truly in love with. For you, you'd be back in Jersey, married to Noah with kids."

"You think so?"

"Yea, I do. What do you think?"

"I think I would of married Noah and had kids, but then we would've gotten a divorce. I would of ran away to Tulsa, so I could be with Lexi. I'd meet the gang and we'd be the only single ones. Eventually we would have gotten married and then we would have had Isabella and Gabriela, but that wouldn't be their names."

"So, we still would have met each other."

"Well, we're destined to be together. Of course we would have met."

"You're cute my little pink head."

"So what's your favorite hair style of mine, pink, red, blonde, or my natural light brown hair?"

"Pink. I think you'd also look good with green hair because, you're a pickle and all. I've never seen a pink pickle before."

"Well you have now."

We sit on the beach laughing, joking, talking, catching up, and just having a good time. It's the way things were meant to be.

Or is it?

The world may never know.... ;)
