(Back to story Jack's pov)
Me and sandy went back to Burgess we both saw rising numbers of rogue nightmares gathering there but they also seemed to vanish as well like they were being destroyed which was good at the rate they looked to be taking care of but me and sandy were confused because there were 4 different area's with vanishing nightmares which means 4 areas of guardians defeating them.
But there should be only 3 since sandy makes the 4th and we weren't in Burgess not yet anyway he destroyed some nightmares on the way there but that's it. We were assigned Burgess and the others seemed to be right around where their were assigned it didn't make since. Unless....
"Pitch?"
I quickly covered my mouth and looked at sandy hoping he didn't hear me. But I doubt it since we were traveling by sand plane he didn't even look back at me he was accupide with looking at the device Infront of him. If it really is pitch then Sandies going end up finding him maybe I can distract him or send him off while I got find pitch. I looked over at my device and tried to think of a plan.
Ugh thinking of plans is not my thing unless it involves snow and fun. I looked at the number of black dots in one Sara being destroyed and another area with about half or less of that big area moving away from it. That's it! I'll have sandy go to that herd? Yeah herd of nightmares that moving away while I go to the one that is being taken care of.
After a few minutes we got to Burgess we landed in an Alley I stopped sandy from continuing he gave me a question mark sign over his head.
"Okay sandy hear me out ok"
He nodded and I continued.
"Ok so I think you should go and take care of this area of nightmares" I pointed to the area that wasn't being taken care of "since it's not being taking care of and it seems like their getting away think you can take care of them?"
Sandy nodded yes but asked what I was going to do
"I'll be going to the area that's being taken care of and before you say anything I'm only going there to check it out I'll stay hidden from the nightmares just in case and if anything goes wrong I have norths snow globes to get away I'll go straight to norths if anything happens ok"
