Hanging out with Hinata

When I woke up I saw that Hinata was already up, it looked like she was writing in her diary. I smirked to myself.

"She's probably writing about her love for Naruto" I thought to myself I couldn't help but laugh at my own thoughts

My laugh caught Hinata's attention, she looked over he shoulder.

"Oh y-your awake w-what were y-you laughing a-at" she asked

"Huh oh nothing" I said and laughed again

I got up off the floor and picked up my pillow and put it back on her bed along with the blanket. After Hinata finished writing in her diary she picked up her pillow and blanket that she used.

"Are you hungry" Hinata asked

"Yah so you think your father already has breakfast made" I asked

"I don't think so because he is busy all day so we may have to cook" she said

"We haven't been able to cook together for a long time so let's do it" I said

She nodded

We got up and went into the kitchen we decided to make pancakes,bacon and eggs, I also decided to cut up some fruit. I was making the pancake batter and Hinata was making the egg. As we were talking we were talking and laughing and just having fun.

Neji's pov

I was woken up by laughing, I got up and walked to the kitchen when I got there I saw
Y/n and Hinata cooking. When I saw Y/n I saw that she was making pancake batter and Hinata was making eggs. I have no clue what they we talking or what they were laughing at but Y/n's laugh sounded angelic and it fit her. I also couldn't help but admire her while she was cooking. I decided to go back to my room and get changed, I also got ready to meet Lee and Tenten for training.

Y/n's pov

Me and Hinata were having a nice time.

"Hinata remember the time when we were in class and Naruto talked to you and your face want so red even Iruka-sensei thought you had a fever" I said laughing

"Hey" she said

She threw a pancake at me, I caught it in my mouth. I then ate it and I drink some water.

"Y/n remember when we were little and we were playing tag and you trip over a rock and when shikamaru asked if you were okay but then saw your knee bleeding so he helped you clean it up your face was so red" she said as she laughed

"H-hey that not funny okay I was like 6" I told her

"Okay and when you brought up the one with Naruto just now I was 9" she said

"Yah but you still act the same even if he just says hi your face becomes so red it puts a tomato to shame" I told her

"Hey" she said

Hinata hit my arm

I laughed

After 10 minutes we finished so we made a our plates, I cut up some strawberries and put some blueberries to go with them. After that me and Hinata ate still telling story's from when we were in the academy.

Neji came and ate then he left for training. After we were done eating me and Hinata got changed into our ninja outfits, we then decided that we would go on a walk around the village.

As we were walking I saw a purple flower, I bent down and picked it. I then placed it in Hinata hair.

"Why did you put a flower in my hair" she asked

"Well because it was cute and it's your favorite color" I said

As we were talking we didn't notice Naruto and Sakura came up to us.

"Hey Y/n,Hinata" Skaure said

I turned around and saw them

"Oh hey" I waved

"Hey Hinata I like the flower in your hair" Naruto said

When I looked at Hinata, her face was red so red you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between her and a tomato.

"T-thanks N-N-Naruto" she stuttered out

I laughed at how red her face was and the fact that she couldn't talk with out stuttering every word.

"Hinata are you okay your face is really red" Naruto said

"Yah she's fine it's just the sun" I told him

He nodded

After that him and Sakura left.

"T-thanks f-for saving m-me" Hinata said

"No problem you done it for me many times before" I told her

She just nodded, after that we spent the rest of the day just having fun and laughing. To be fair it been a while sense me and Hinata have been able to hang out like this. I mean we were able to hang out but it was mostly either training or for missions, so I really needed today it was also a breather from everything that has been going on lately.
