" W-where am I? " Y/n asked himself as he opened his eyes. All he could see was a white void, nothing could be seen whether he looked up, down, left, and right. ' Tch. Looks like I'm dead already. Damn that Claudius. ' he said and wandered around.
Walking around the void, he felt fear and sadness. " No, no, no, no! I can't die! I don't want to die! Not like this! " Y/n panicked as tears flow. " I don't want to die yet! I can't leave Dad, Kotori, Shido, and Tohka! Damn it! Why am I so weak?! " Y/n shouted while crying hysterically.

A female voice had asked, cupping Y/n's face and rising it up as if she wanted to look at his expression. " What is it to you? You aren't involved in this. " he said as he growled. " Oh my, you're a ferocious one aren't you? " she said and muttered something that is inaudible to Y/n. " However, I guess I'll let you go and besides, you aren't dead yet silly! Your expression is very cute though. " she added in a carefree manner but with a hint of danger in her way of saying. Especially the last part.

Johannes tensed up as he knew that it meant trouble once they have lost. " Get ready. " Johannes said as all of them except the short lad wore headphones. However, they were too early as the announcer was not yet done. " Next, we will announce the results from the first day! " she said as Miku was making an early celebration. " Based on the results, first place overall for today goes to Raizen High School! " the announcer declared.
' I wish Y/n was here, to laugh at Miku's demise and Rindouji's. ' Johannes had said in his mind while chuckling. Shiori and the others except for Inverse, who swapped control with Tohka after hearing the last part, were shocked from what they heard.
' Of course, I heard from Y/n that the reason why they won was they used the same gimmick as maid cafe last year. I couldn't see anything like that. ' Inverse thought as Miku was distraught and frustrated from what she heard. " What is the meaning of this? I.....lost? " Miku said, " I'm Miku Izayoi, you know! " she added with more spite in her voice.
" You sore loser, just because you're a superstar means that you can get anything you want like a spoiled brat. " Inverse said to her in a serious tone. " Miku, I- " Shiori tried to say anything but was cut off with " Shut up. I beat you fair and square didn't I? " Miku said, still not accepting the fact that she lost. " There is only one reason that we beat you. However, someone like you wouldn't understand it. Someone who never values something like teamwork will never win. " Inverse said. " Shut up! You're a Spirit yourself but....you let your own dignity lower by being under a trash and nerd like- " Miku was cut off with a slap. Due to how instant it was and it was dark, it was almost unnoticed. Shiori stopped Inverse before anything drastic could've happened.
" Miku, the reason why we won is we have each other's backs when needed. How do I put this.... We friends depend on and help each other if needed. " Shiori said. " Friends? " Miku asked in a foolish manner. " It's true that I can't beat you in the stage portion in any manner, especially singing but, the other students at Raizen covered for me. " Shiori answered, " Even those humans who you look down upon can defeat you if they come together. " ' she ' added. Miku looked at ' her ' as if she is ridiculing what Shiori is saying.
" Shut up. " Miku said as she had enough of Shiori's lectures. " Friends? Coming together? Give me a break. Let me tell you, those things....
Are meaningless when you face against me! "
