The young rabbit runs faster than the old grey wolf, but it doesn't mean they don't get caught in their jaws.
Yasmina was never truly loved. Her parents loved her because of her success, but she never felt love from her parents, who profited off of her. She was all she had, but when she met Sammy, at first it was like being in the wolf's jaws, and she was the unlucky rabbit to be caught in their jaws, but little did she know that a much larger predator was tracking her wolf. Brooklynn Alexander Price, a girl Sammy used to love, but the scars and bruises Brooklynn left on Sammy's skin made that love falter and soon after failed.
Sammy had told her about Brooklynn, the abuser and tormenter she never told anyone about. Due to a fear of them not believing her. So after Sammy finally broke off her and Brooklynn's relationship she had a fear of becoming that same person cold, distant, and unloving.
