It's been a week since Victoria King transferred to Felville Academy, and as is customary for the ever-fickle masses, their attitude about her has changed drastically. All anyone is discussing at the lunch line is a bunch of half-baked rumors.

"She's definitely Senator King's illegitimate child,"

"She sleeps with Senator Anderson and uses him for his power,"

"I heard she slept with Camila Alvarez to become VP then killed her to take her job,"

"Someone said she was diagnosed with a personality disorder,"

"I heard she has some serious connections to the Mob,"

"She still hasn't said what school she transferred from. She probably never even went to school before this one," That's just ridiculous, Hannah thinks, rolling her eyes.

"I head that she hooked up with VP Wagner," Well there's some validity to that, but still, she rolls her eyes again.

"Lot of eye-rolling you got goin' on there, Ghostie," Jimmy remarks. "Not a rumor-head?" he asks.

"These idiots just want something to talk about," Hannah scoffs.

"Yeah, well, at least they're thinking about something other than the best way to humiliate their parents," he snickers.

"True that," she laughs as they walk up to the selection of lunch foods.

"Salad," Hannah requests from the lunch lady.

"Boring," Jimmy laughs, eliciting an eye-roll from Hannah. "You know, if you keep rolling your eyes, they're gonna get stuck that way. Ribs," he requests.

"Do you wanna eat outside today?" Hannah suggests as they exit the lunch line.

"Ooh, someone's feeling adventurous today, let's go," he says, heading to the back exit of the cafeteria, which leads to an outdoor seating area. Once they're seated at a table for two, Jimmy begins eating, which in Hannah's opinion, he does wrong. He looks like a pig.

"Will you ever eat normally?" Hannah scoffs.

"Not if this ticks you off," Jimmy laughs with food in his mouth.

"Euckgh," Hannah combines as many expressions of disgust as she can.

"So, are you still applying for that secretary thing?" he asks, thankfully without any food in his mouth.

"I already did. There was an online application. My interview is today," she explains.

"Ooh, an interview with the President, how are you gonna mess this one up?" he snickers.

"I am not going to mess up," she rolls her eyes. "I have a plan that'll guarantee I get the job," she says, giving her best cocky smile.

"Oh really? And what's that? Pleading so hard and giving puppy eyes so pathetic that she hires you because she feels sorry for you?" he snickers.

"Ha, ha," she rolls her eyes. "For your information, I actually have a plan. You know, that thing you don't have for your future?" she snickers back.

"Ouch, man, that was just rude," he says. "Well, if you've got such a genius plan, why don't you tell me, Einstein?" he challenges.

"Okay, I will," she accepts his challenge. "It's gonna take a lot of explaining though," she warns.
