He'd been here before in his dreams. Was he dreaming once again? Tommy could never tell until he woke up.

He scanned the white terrain familiar to him. As he breathed in the cold air, his thoughts drifted to what was waiting for him. There were no footprints or signs of life, but he knew where to go.

The stomping of the snow under his shoes made him self-conscious. His first response in life was to be on high alert as anyone could be ready to attack you, but here, in his dreams, he didn't have that worry.

He climbed the hill and looked down into the icy ravine. He couldn't help but smile. Using the side of the gorge as support, he slid down to the snow-filled bottom.

Tommy knew to be careful, as the ravine was riddled with ice spikes. He walked the long and strenuous path till he found the stone wall.

His hand made contact with the stone. He felt the energy as a bright white light came from between his hand and the wall for a few moments. Afterward, the wall opened up into a corridor.

Tommy walked into the corridor, feeling a sense of comfort. It was dimly lit, but he had been there before. At the end of the hall, a wooden suspension bridge over water led to a podium.

He walked across the bridge, letting it rock from left to right. Tommy wanted to take it all in because who knows when he'd be back here.

Approaching the podium, he opened the book. He didn't have to read it because a voice would always read it out for him.

He took in the words, though he didn't know anything about what he was being told.

"Irene, I loved you," It always said. Tommy wished he knew more about who Irene or the person reading was.

"Tommy," he heard. Not the narrator's voice, but someone else. Who? He struggled to identify the voice.

"Tommy," it repeated. Oh. He realized. He felt the sharp pain in his leg. Everything went black.

"Tommy," Wilbur continued, shaking him a bit. Tommy tried to regain his composure, scanning his surroundings. His heart started beating a hundred miles a second when he realized where they were. The thieves guild, why were they here?

     "What happened?" Tommy breathed out.

"I accidentally shot you and not Dream; sorry about that big man," Tubbo admitted. Tommy couldn't even be mad. He just laughed. Tommy sat up and noticed that not only was there Wilbur and Tubbo but Amber as well.

"You lost a lot of blood and passed out," Wilbur said. Tommy glanced down at his leg to see a cloth wrapped around it, with blood staining it.

"Here, Tommy, eat this," Amber ordered, handing Tommy a muffin. Tommy obliged and practically scarfed it down.

"Now that you are awake, will you explain to me who Amber is and how you know her?" Wilbur asked. Tommy took a deep breath, already having known the question was coming.

"Amber is a friend. I met her a few years back. I didn't have many friends, so I just kept hanging out with her," Tommy confessed. Tubbo's expression saddened with his words, whereas Wilbur's expression remained unchanged. The man doesn't have a pity bone in his body.

"And I'm assuming since this is the thieves guild, that she was once a thief?" Wilbur asked, directing his question more towards Amber than Tommy.
