THIRD PERSON
The champions were getting ready for their third and last task. The finale.

Everyone was outside, in front of the forbidden maze.

The watchers were all cheering excitedly but were quickly silenced by the Hogwarts headmaster.

"The Triwizard Cup had been hidden deeply within the maze by Professor Moody. Only he knows it's exact position. Now, as Mr. Diggory-"

Dumbledore's words were interrupted by the crowd of Hogwarts students who were supporting him began to cheer.

Amos quickly lifted his son's hand and Cedric quickly put it down due to embarrassment. He smiled at his dad kindly to not seem rude.

"And Ms. Dixon-" Dumbledore was cut off again by cheering. Most of it came from Gryffindors, especially Fred and George.

"They'll be entering the maze first." Dumbledore continued his speech and later explained to the champions about their obstacles. "On the count of three-"

He was cut off again but this time by a cannon.

Dumbledore sighed as Professor Filch shrugged from behind the cannon.

Cedric and Y/N firstly entered the maze.

Y/N had only just noticed how everyone else's parents were there to support them but her parents weren't anywhere to be found.

She wasn't really surprised though, "I'd be lucky if they even arrived at my funeral." She mumbled to herself as she got deeper into the maze.

It was dark and creepy but Y/N didn't mind until..

⚀ ⚁ ⚂ ⚃ ⚄ ⚅

"Sweet Lord, how deep is this maze-" Y/N was interrupted by a frightening scream, making her whip her head around, "Don't be Harry. Don't be Harry.." She whispered to herself, trying not to investigate, "Shit."

She realized that the scream could've came from Fleur.

She ran around all of the bushes and found her friend being eaten up by vines. Y/N dropped down to her knees to examine the girl's expression.

Fleur seemed as if she were petrified by something and Y/N began to worry, "Fleur.." She spoke softly.

She had no way to help her so she stood back to her feet and continued her journey.

"Get down!" Cedric shouted from Y/N's side as soon as she stepped out from a pathway.

Y/N quickly stepped back to be behind the bushes again, "Expelliarmus!" Cedric shouted causing Y/N to look at who he was talking to. A possessed Viktor Krum fell backwards and was knocked unconscious by the spell.

"Well- Cedric stop!" Y/N tried to say something funny but had to halt Cedric from using his wand on Krum again, "He's obviously possessed you tosspot!" She pushed Cedric away from Krum's body.

"Get off me!" Cedric pushed her into the leaves.

He then paused and noticed what he did, "Oh.." Cedric let out as Y/N stepped out again.

He started to run away and Y/N was right behind him. They ran while pulling each other's shirts with rage, eager to find the cup.
