LUKE'S POV
I can't believe I finally confessed my love to Violet. I can't believe she actually said yes. Three simple letters that mean so much. Her eyes pricked with tears and so did mine. It felt like the elephant on my chest was lifted and I could finally breathe. Before I knew it, Violet wrapped me in a huge bear hug. She got up from her spot on my bed and went back to her room.
VIOLET'S POV
Now that Luke addmitted his feelings towards me, I realized that it was Luke all along. When I went on that date with Asht- oh my god. What am I supposed to tell him about this date with Luke? I don't want to break his heart. Do I tell him straight to his face? Will Luke tell him? I flopped down on my bed and sighed. My head practically spinned with questions. I decided that I was just going to tell him sraight to his face.
I slowly walked down the hallway and found Ashton's door. I knocked on it and waited for a response. I didn't hear anything I knocked once more and stood there for a minute waiting for an answer. I went over to Luke's door when I heard yelling. I turned the knob and stood there was Ashton and Luke arguing. Ashton snapped his head towards me, "Violet, is it true that you're going on a date with Luke?"
I nodded my head and Ashton's eyes rimmed with tears. I went over to console him, but he just pushed me away. I didn't blame him. Ashton walked out of the room and I looked at Luke. My eyes filled with tears and I fell into Luke's arms. I just broke someone's heart. He set us down on his bed and I laid down with him.
"It's ok," Luke cooed me.
I eventually calmed down, Luke and I were watching movies. A knock at the door startled us and then we heard a voice, "Guys, it's Calum."
"Come in," Luke said.
"What did you do to Ashton?" Calum questioned.
"Um," I started.
Luke explained the whole thing to Calum while I silently watched them. I was recapping what exactly just happened to me. I dazed off for awhile when someone snapped their fingers in front of my face. "Violet, we need to fix this," Calum told me,"Our first show is tomorrow and we don't want to let the fans down."
"Ok, let me head to his room."
I walked to Ashton's room and I thought about what I was going to say. Before I had any time to think, I was knocking on his door and listening to the sniffles coming from inside his room.He opened the door, but immediatley tried to close it, but I put my foot in the door. Ouch!
His face gone worried, but I didn't make a noise or facial expression. Yeah, it hurt, but I already felt numb on the inside. I stepped into his room that had many notes tossed on the floor and they were scattered all over the place. There were two bean bag chairs in the back of his room and I sat down, leaving the other one for Ashton. Gradually he made his way over to the bean bag chair.
"Listen Violet," I stared into his eyes, "I really like you, but if you want to be with Luke, I won't mind. I can't force you to be with me. But I want you to have this note. Just like in Amnesia When he says those words that hurt you, do you read the ones I wrote you? Remember that."
Ashton kissed my temple and I smiled at him. I carefully placed the note in my room. I returned back to Luke's room and waiting there was Calum. "How'd it go?" they asked in unison.
"We're on good terms now. I'm going to go to bed. I'll see you guys in the morning," I told them.
They both bid me a good night and I practically threw myslef onto my bed. Before I went to bed I turned on my night stand lamp. On top of my night stand was the note that Ash gave me. I slowly opened it up, careful not to rip it.
