"I don't have any fucking time listening to your gay shit", said the Boss, I want that little girl. Her parents couldn't pay back the debt so I had them killed. I didn't kill the little girl. She has to pay her parents' debts. I'll help her. Aren't I kind?"
"Fuck I don't care whatever debt or anything her parents had on you. I won't let you take Haru-chan away from me."
"How much debt do they have on you?", said Daisuke in a weak voice.
"Around 100 million", said the Boss, harshly. Haru's heart sank seeing his precious Daisuke weak in the ground.
"Why would some normal people have so much debt?", Asked Haru. He knew something was up.
"So now I have to explain things? Okay I will, the last Boss said in a cranky voice, 'So the thing is her mother, I mean Haru's mother works in my brothel. She got pregnant and ran away. So you get me? Six years. She was away for six years. How much did I incur a loss? I'm kind. I'm only asking for 100 million. They weren't going to pay me. So I decided to make her daughter pay for her mistake. So my conclusion is that the little girl, Haruka belongs to me. I hope you understand me."
'That's disgusting', Haru's face showed disgust.
"I don't care that's how I roll. Anyways if you hand over Haruka to me, I'll hand over your husband to you"
"Don't... Don't fall for that Haru", Daisuke said meekly. Haru smirked and took out his gun from his coat.
" Daisuke dear, you think so I'd fall for this cheap man's words? You're wrong, babe. I thought you knew me better", Haru said to his to-be-husband Daisuke.
"Playing cheap tricks, huh, inspector Haru? But I've already finished my research on you. YOU won't be able to pull the trigger", the Boss said confidently.
Haru was in no doubt in utter hesitation. After that incident, he hasn't even been able to practice shooting, let alone shoot a person. He looked at Daisuke's face and wished for instant courage to get over him. Nothing of that sort happened.
Haru was almost thinking of giving up on shooting the man when the boss took out a small knife and took Daisuke captive.
"You pull the trigger. I slit his throat. Choose ", threatened the boss holding a knife near Daisuke's thin neck. Haru once again gathered his courage. This time he realised, Daisuke was in danger.
"You...", Daisuke said in a quiet voice. Haru's index finger was on the trigger. His aim: The boss's chest.
" You are my hero. You always were a hero of justice. I've always looked up to you, Inspector Katou", Daisuke said, his voice becoming louder every second. Right after finishing his words, Katou pulled the trigger. His aim was precise. The boss was down in seconds.
Haru got a hold of Kambe. Daisuke pulled Haru in for a deep kiss that lasted for seconds.
"Thank you for saving me, my hero", said Daisuke with a sarcastic smile on his face.
