Chapter 4 - For Life

Stacy's POV

"Tricia, Tricia"

I called out for her but she was fast asleep on the bed next to mine. I called her name again a bit louder this time. She heard and flew up sp fast out of the bed she almost fall. I had to laugh.

"Yuh alright?" She asked.

"Yes, I need some water," I told her. She gave me a glass of water and it's the best water I've ever had in my entire life.

"This feels so familiar because I was here in this exact spot when you were pregnant with LJ," She said.

"Don't it. I don't think I can manage another pregnancy." 

"Well if you don't want to get pregnant again you make them tie you off." That was a good suggestion and I thought about but I had to remember that I was a married woman.

"Yeah but Line wants more kids" I said.

"Talk to him about it then Stacy and please don't go behind his back and do it" She said. I hate that she thinks she know me so well.

"I will tell him. I bet he is on a flight home don't it?" I said.

"Me surprise him nuh reach here as yet." 

"I just didn't want to worry anyone and I was trying to reach the bathroom and just dropped, I don't know anything after." 

"It's ok hun, you and the baby alright and that's all that matters" She said.

I didn't know how I got so lucky to have such a wonderful support system and great friends. They were always willing to help us. I pray one day I could return the favors for them.

"Line aguh cuss don't it?" I asked.

"He will just be glad that you are alright trust me" She said.

"You heard from him?"

"Czar gone pick him up the last time I heard." 

Just as she said that he walked through door. He came straight to me like Tricia wasn't even standing there.

"Queen, me nuh see who can make me leave your side until you have my princess," He said. Just like that and I did not expect any less from him. 

I knew now how much I missed his kisses and the scent of his hair and skin. He looked at me and smiled, he was everything I needed right now.

"I'm sorry" I said to him as he hugged me.

"It's alright baby. What the doctor said?"

"She said she will check on us one more time and if all is well then I can go home" I told him.

"Well me aguh find the doctor and hear wah gwan."

"No man, stay with her, I will go find the doctor," Tricia said.

I was happy he was home, I did not want to go through this pregnancy without him but he has to work and I didn't want to take that away from him.

"How you feeling now?"

"A little better, I just want to go home to my son and my bed" I replied quickly hoping it would put his mind at ease.

"Make we hear what the doctor said. We can get a nurse to stay at the house to make sure you get the best care."

"I did not want another person in my house so I will just do what the doctor tells me," I said. He agreed with me and said he will be there so I will be ok.

"What about your tour?" I asked.

"I only had one show to do next week but Sloan and Jason will have to figure that out. Right now my main focus is you and Garriesha," he said through a chuckle.
