where y/n is klaus daughter(during the time when marcel had klaus in 4 season) and takes care of hope a lot, but one day hayley says something mean to her, and reader just leaves the house, and then finds out that klaus is back but scared to go meet him bc she thinks that he will take hayley side or something like that?
When Hope was born, it wasn't the first time for Klaus to experience fatherhood, and I'm not talking about Marcel or any other person who was/is sired to Klaus. I'm talking about the fact that you are, (y/n) Mikaelson, Klaus Mikaelson's first daughter. And that's the exact reason why Hayley doesn't like you. So for all the years your aunts and uncles were put under Freya's spell and Klaus locked away by Marcel, she'd always do things that irritated you and annoyed you. She'd commented negatively every little thing you did; she even went to the extent of blaming you for the Mikaelson's state on multiple occasion. You'd always try not to let that bother you, but sometimes you just couldn't help it, and if it wasn't for the fact that you needed her help to get your dad back you would've left her a long time ago.
But here you are now with your aunts and uncles by your side trying to get your dad out of Marcel's clutches and as far from New Orleans as you could.
"(y/n), I need you to take Hope to the safe house." Hayley said with Hope by her side, you were shocked that she'd ask you to leave when your father was just within reach.
"But- "
"Just do as I say, so we'd be able to get Klaus and give Hope her dad back." With that being thrown at your face, you silently carried Hope up, who hugged you and you vamp sped to the safe house. You didn't hate Hope one bit in fact you loved your younger sister so much, half-sister or not she's still your sister.
When night time came and they weren't back yet, you put Hope to bed, but just as you were about to leave she called for you.
"(y/n), can you stay with me?" You nodded and slipped in bed beside the youngest Mikaelson, soon after you were also asleep.
The next day, you woke up to the sound of movement and talking down stairs. Hope was already awake and not in the room. You quickly got up and dressed. Once you left the bedroom you were met with Hayley.
"I told Klaus everything you did while he wasn't around." She said that in such a way that got you scared, chills ran down your body, taking a step back and in a split second decision, you camp sped out of the house and into the woods behind the house, you needed time to think alone.
You found yourself on top of a tree, all this to avoid your father, the man you've been wanting to see for so long. The man you've been wanting to see for so long. The man you loved and missed most.
"Come out, come out wherever you are." You suddenly heard and your body went raged before you froze not moving a muscle, hoping if you don't make a sound he'd go away. You heard him chuckle. "I know you're up there, love."
You hesitated before jumping off if the tree and landing on the ground a few feet away from the man who helped bring you into this world. To him you looked like a scared lamb who is ready to bolt if he made a wrong move.
"Now tell me, why are you hiding?" Klaus asked and you swallowed the lump that formed in your throat, and wouldn't look at him. "Come on love you can tell me anything."
"Are you mad at me?" You asked timidly still not looking at him, Klaus frowned he's never seen you like this, he vamp sped in front of you, making you flinch and break his heart.
"Now why would I be mad at you?" Klaus asked softly, and raised your chin up softly, making you look at him for the first time in years. Your eyes were full of tears and your lips was quivering.
"H-Hayley said that she told you that I was unhelpful, b-but I wasn't I swear." You said rushing out the last bit. "I helped, I tried to get you back as fast as I could dad."
Klaus pulled you in for a hug, you clutched his shirt as you breathed in his scent, as his comfort engulfed you. A comfort only dads have and able to give.
"I know you did, and I don't need anyone to tell me that." Klaus said and you closed your eyes tightly, not wanting any more tears to slip from your eyes. "I know you better than anyone, and I know what you would and wouldn't do, Hayley may be Hope's mother but she's not your mother, she's not my wife, she doesn't know you the way I do and she doesn't know how much you and I know each other."
"I missed you so much dad." You said and hugged him tightly, Klaus hugged you back and kissed the top of your head. He thought about how he needed to have a serious and long talk with the mother of his youngest child.
"I missed you too, love, being away from you and your sister was a torture far worse than the one Marcel put me through."
