Kayla was in Sheffield Train Station waiting for her first train towards Doncaster which was the direct train only stopping at Meadowhall before heading straight into Doncaster.

The train had arrived from Manchester Piccadilly and was heading to Cleethorpes.

Kayla put her suitcases in the luggage rack. The train was already full of commuters trying to get to work. So, she had to stand on the first leg of her journey, which she didn't mind.

Kayla pulled into Doncaster 20 minutes later and disembarked and headed in the direction of the next train where she would be traveling in First Class.

She got on board to see that someone was sat in her seat as she got an email stating that her seat had been paid and upgraded.

"Sorry, excuse me. I think that you are sat in my seat?" Kayla asked of the man who was sat in her seat.

"Does it say your name on this seat?" The man huffed at her.

"Erm, it says Doncaster to Kings Cross Reserved." Kayla pointed at the label that was on the back on the seat and it also said it on the luggage rack.

"Beat it girl. You don't belong in First Class." The man went back to read his morning paper.

The others in First Class looked at Kayla as she started to tear up. She headed out of First Class and stood in the vestibule.

Kayla sat down on her suitcase as everywhere else was full. The train manager on the train had heard about the commotion that was happening in First Class as it was reported to him. He told the driver to hold at Doncaster until the problem was resolved just in case the Transport Police were needed.

The manager saw Kayla sat on her suitcase and then saw that the First-Class staff member came up and spoke quietly to the manager and pointed at Kayla.

"Excuse me Miss. I'm Nathan. Are you supposed to be sat down in First Class?" He asked of her.

"Yes, Tom Felton upgraded my ticket last night and I got an email notification saying I have been upgraded. I checked my seat number, and that rude man wouldn't get up out of the seat to let me sit down." Kayla explained showing the email notification.

Nathan looked at the email confirmation saying that Miss K.M.Sampson was upgraded to First Class and has been paid for by Mr T.A. Felton.

"Thank you, Miss., Let me deal with this." Nathan headed back into the First-Class section of the train.

"Sir, this seat is reserved from Doncaster. I need you to vacate this seat so that the guest can be seated." Nathan told the man.

"For that young girl! No way man, she doesn't deserve to sit here at all. Throw her into the back with the wolves where she belongs." The man huffed.

"Sir, you are now currently delaying this train from leaving Doncaster on time, which is probably delaying you from getting to your meeting in London I presume. So, I am going to ask you. Do you have a seat reservation for First Class?" Nathan asked.

The man looked up and handed Nathan his ticket.

"Ah right. You see sir, you are on the wrong train. You should be on the 09.38 from Leeds. You are currently on the 08.15 from Leeds. As your ticket isn't valid for this train, I would need you to leave this train here and join your train that arrives at 10.10 here." Nathan explained to the man.

"WHAT! I am not getting off this train." The man got up.

"Just get off man. You are holding us all up."

"Go on and get off!" First Class members were shouting down to the man.

"If you don't want me to drag the BTP onto the train I suggest that you leave the train here and now." Nathan asked politely.

"Just get off! The train is late because of you. You should be fined for this not the train company." Another person shouted.

"Sophie, please call the Transport Police. This gentleman needs to be fined anyways as he's traveling on an illegal ticket that isn't valid yet." Nathan told his colleague as she got her phone out and dialled for the BTP.

"I have given you fair warning sir. I have asked you to leave politely and you haven't so now the Police are involved. You will be fined." Nathan explained.

Five minutes later, the BTP have escorted the man and his luggage off the train, and it was ready to depart 20 minutes later than scheduled. But the driver would make that up on the way.

"Miss Sampson, I am so sorry that this has happened to you. I will phone ahead and ask the Operations Manager to meet up with you and he will hopefully give you a refund for your trip. No girl should have to be treated that way. I will also make sure that you have a complimentary breakfast and snacks on your journey. Thank you for being patient." Nathan escorted Kayla to her seat and made sure that her luggage was stored correctly.

The First-Class cabin applauded Nathan and Kayla for what they had done.

"You kept your calm. First trip down to London?" The woman sat opposite her asked.

"Yes, it is. I'm headed to start rehearsals for Tom Felton's UK and Ireland tour next year." Kayla mentioned.

"Wow, I heard of that. Well, I suppose congratulations are in order. Working with Draco Malfoy himself, treasure every moment you spend in his presence, it may never happen again. You are one lucky girl."

The woman would be true about that.
