The Production team was in the rehearsal room with the other dancers rehearsing the numbers that they had learnt yesterday. They were waiting for Tom and Kayla to turn up.

They both turned up half an hour late. Kayla put her bag down and started to warm up at the side. The other dancers looked at her in disgust whilst she was warming up. Kayla saw this and turned away and faced the mirrors whilst she was warming up.

Tom headed over to Kyle who was angry at Tom for being late.

"Stop right there Kyle. Don't even think about what you were going to say. I don't want to hear it." Tom raised his voice.

"That goes for everyone that is here. Just because I chose Kayla here as the girl to dance with me, it doesn't mean that you have to bully her. Yes I know that she is the youngest of the group and the underdog and hasn't got the training that you all have. But that puts her out of your league.

She may have to rehearse twice as hard and longer hours than the rest of you to get to your level but I have faith in her. Yes, I have called for extra help for her, but you all can have the extra help if you need it."

Kayla was still warming up facing away from everyone. She had tears building up in her eyes. Tom could see that she was being pushed around yesterday that's why he was having this meeting now.

"I saw the looks you were giving her when she walked in. I have picked the best of the best out of hundreds of applicants. If you still want to be here by the end of the week, then you had better change you attitude towards working on this tour. I will not stand for bullies on this Tour. I had to put up with it in school cause I was playing Draco Malfoy, but not on my show. If you can't abide with my rules then there is the door. I can't stand people who think that they're better than anyone else. So what is it going to be?" Tom asked of the group of dancers.

Kayla turned around and picked up her bag and walked out of the room.

She was crying her eyes out as she slid down the wall. Kayla knows what it is like to be bullied as she was bullied throughout her younger years at school. But now, she is in a job that she loves and she's being bullied by her fellow dancers cause she hasn't had their kind of training.

Kayla got up and headed out of the studios and walked towards the Tube station and made her way back to Kings Cross Station where she would head home today.

Tom watched as Kayla walked out of the room with her bag.

"Do you know what, I hope that you are satisfied with what you have all done. This production is now postponed. Kyle, make sure all the venues know about the postponement and that the ticket sales are refunded. You are all dismissed, I will contact you when I want to start this production back up. Linda, I will make a press release as soon as I can." Tom told the room.

"I hope that you are proud of yourselves." Tom said as he walked out the room and headed outside to see if he could see Kayla.

He got out his phone and started to call her.

"Hi, you have reached the voicemail of Kayla Marie Sampson. Please leave a message after the tone. Thank you."

Tom hung up.

"Damn it all to hell."

Tom's phone then buzzed.

'Hey Tom, sorry for walking out like that. I know what it is like to be bullied as well. I can't work with a team who look down on me. So please terminate my contract with your tour please. I'm going to head back home even though there is nothing for me there as well. So I'm just going to find somewhere to live my life out. Thank you for the opportunity. Kayla xx.'

Tom had tears in his eyes. This was a girl that he respected and loved even though they have only met each other yesterday.

He headed to his car and started it up and headed to Kings Cross St Pancras as they were the only two train stations that served where she was going.
