The evening went really well. Kayla managed to finish her meal but declined the dessert. Marcus offered to box up the cheesecake that he had made. She apologised about not having dessert as a dine in option, but she would need to be seated for another couple of hours so that she could eat it.
Once they were both home, Kayla headed up stairs and changed into her lounge pants and a hoodie that she had purchased from the Harry Potter shop online. She headed back down stairs to see that there was an empty room which just had a chair in. Kayla smiled and started to stretch and warm up. She got out her iPhone and put in her earphones and started to go through all that she had learnt today.
Tom had got changed and headed to get Willow's lead to take her for her evening walkies. He called up to Kayla to say that he was taking Willow for a walk. Tom never got a reply so he thought that she was in bed already.
Kayla had found the perfect song that she wanted to perform. She put it on and started to dance her moves that she had in her mind. Kayla was singing away.
Tom came back home an hour later to hear Kayla singing. He smiled as he was singing a song that would be perfect.
Tom was leaning in the doorway still holding onto Willow's lead with Willow still attached as they both watched Kayla practice the three dances that she had learnt today.
"She's going to be a star one day."
Kayla had finished her dance and turned around to see Tom standing in the doorway with Willow.
"How long have you been stood there?" Kayla asked as jumped out of her skin.
"Not too long. So I presume this is one of the songs that you want to perform?" Tom asked.
"I have two songs and I can't pick which one to do. I love them both." Kayla replied to him.
"So, how do you want to decide then?"
"Can I ask this of you?" Kayla was feeling a little cautious as to asking Tom.
"Go ahead."
"Would you sing my song with me?"
Tom was stunned. She had given Kayla a solo song to choose and she wanted him to sing it with him.
"You want me to sing your song with you? Well it depends if we can or not. So which song is it?"
Kayla turned and started to play Robbie Williams featuring Jonathan Wilkes version of Me and My Shadow.
"Now I can swing to that with you."
Tom: Kayla and Tom
Kayla: Youth, why are you talking like that for, you're from Surrey!
Tom: I dunno but I can't stop here pally
Kayla: Like the wallpaper sticks to the wall
Tom: Like the seashore clings to the sea
Kayla: Like you'll never get rid of your shadow
Tom: You'll never get rid of me
Both: Let all the others fight and fuss

Kayla: And it's sleeping time
Tom: That's when we rise
Kayla: We start to swing
Tom: (you think we so judge you)
Kayla: Our clocks don't chime
Tom: What a surprise
Both: They ring-a-ding-ding!

They'll need a large crowbar to break us apart

Kayla: Before we get finished, we'll make the town roar
Tom: We'll hit a few late spots, and then a few more
Both: We'll start at Stringy's and maybe Groucho's

Kayla: Can we do that again?
Tom: No, I'm too tired
Kayla: Oh, please Tom
Tom: No, I'm swung out
Kayla: Oh, come on, I'll give you some money
Tom: I don't need money
Kayla: What about a cup of tea?
Tom: Not thirsty
Kayla: I'll won't tell anyone you're gay
Both: Before we get finished, we'll make the town roar
We'll hit all the late spots, and then a few more
We'll start at Stringy's and maybe Groucho's
Life is gonna be we-wow-whee!
For my shadow and me! Yeah
Tom loved singing with Kayla.
"Kayla, I will add this one in for us both. But you still need to decide on a song to sing for yourself." Tom told her.
"That's perfect. I have chosen my song. 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' will be my song that I will sing." Kayla smiled.
Tom hugged Kayla. He then looked down at her and raised her head with his right hand under chin so that he could see beautiful face. He leaned in and kissed Kayla full on the lips.
Kayla responded back.
Things got heated that night and let me tell you. Kayla never slept in her bed that night.
