It was a month before the Tour, Kayla was busy learning how to fly on wires and to do turns and spins. The team that would be on tour with them was there in a special studio that they had rigged in a theatre that Tom had hired out for the week so that Kayla could practice.

Kayla was fitted for her harness, and this would be placed in a locked box so that no one could tamper with it at all. A costumier had arrived with a practice costume of the original that Kayla would be using on Tour so that she could practice with what the choreographer and Tom wanted from this dancing number. The choreographer had to work with the flying team to see how much Kayla could do.

They would be dancing to Eve of the War from the great musical War of the Worlds.

Tom wanted Kayla to spin at the end and release a long strip of shimmering fabric like a long skirt to make like a cone shape funnel. But the costume had to be comfy for Kayla to fly with.

After having worked out how much Kayla could do in her harness, they had come up with some form of flying.

They worked in 15-minute sessions, this was to help Kayla and to make sure that she wouldn't be sick and to stop sores from the harness rubbing against her.

Tom was sat in the audience watching the girl he loved working hard to make sure that everything was perfect. He had an evening planned for both. Tom was going to take her out for a meal. The rest was to be a surprise for her, as he found out from Kayla's Instagram and Facebook that she was a big Potter fan and would love to spend some time with the cast and to immersed in the studio tour. So, he planned it for her to have her own private studio tour.

Kayla was dressed in a shimmering fabric dress that was attached under where the harness was on her hips. She was raised into the air again, her legs crossed, and her feet fully pointed down to the ground. Kayla mentally prepared to start spinning fast. Once Kayla was spinning, she released the shimmering dress for it to start forming a cone and the shimmer of the fabric and then released the skirt for it to drop to the ground and Kayla was spinning in her final pose.

The team slowly lowered Kayla to the ground where she then deeply curtsied and then she was lifted again was zoomed off to stage right and then lowered again.

Tom was very proud to what they had achieved today. Another fully completed number in the bag for Kayla. They just needed to slot in the other dancers in around her and to make sure that no one crashes into her.

They went through the whole number one last time and then called it a night. Kayla had the dress fitted to her again and then she was raised into the air again for her starting position.

Once finished, Kayla took off the costume and then waited for the safety officer to take off the harness and place it in the locked box. Kayla went to the edge of the stage and sat down. Tom had grabbed her a bottle of water and passed it to her.

"That was stunning Kayla. You are doing so well girl. I'm proud of what we have accomplished here today." Tom gave her a hug.

"Thank you, Tom. I just hope to do this justice for you." Kayla drunk half the bottle of water and then turned to look at the choreographer.

"So good Kayla, well done. You are picking things up so quickly. I can't believe we have finished this routine in a few hours and it is getting polished. You are one of a kind Kayla. I would love to take you on into my dance academy." The choreographer told her.

"Thank you so much. That means a lot to me. It just comes naturally as I when I was younger, I had to take one of my fellow dancers spot as she had come down with glandular fever and I had an hour to learn the dance. This was before we went on stage to perform in a competition, and the dance school's dance show. So, I'm used to it." Kayla explained.

"We just need to do some final touch ups. This we shall do tomorrow. So go and rest up Kayla." The choreographer then moved away and left Tom and Kayla alone.

"Come on Kayla. I'm taking you out for dinner then something special for after." Tom picked her up from the edge of the stage and then headed to grab Kayla's bag and walk out of the theatre to head home.
