FOOL - Loki x Fem Reader

|Chapter Two|

"Thor, get into bed." I pulled the duvet back and patted the pillow firmly. Loki walked in behind his brother, guiding him to the bed. The drunken god flopped onto the matress and I pulled off his shoes and undid his tie. He was a mess. How does one manage to get this drunk in ten minutes?

"You're gonna have one heck of a hangover tomorrow, Buddy," I say., pulling the blanket back over him. "Goodnight, Thor."

He had a dopey grin on his face, and his eyes were now closed. Loki looked down at his brother with what looked along the lines of disgrace. I walked over to the mini fridge in the corner of Thor's bedroom, open it, and grab a plastic water bottle. I tossed the bottle to Loki and said, "Catch!"

He didn't even attempt to catch it. It just landed on the floor with a thump.

"Geez, someone doesn't seem ammused." I say with a soft cackle.

"You think I want to be in these?" He said through gritted teeth.

"No, but I do know that you have to be until I take them off." I strutted over to where the water landed and turned to Loki. "Oh, Loki. I can't bend down becuase of my dress! Could you pick up the bottle for me, pretty please?" I grin formed in the corner of my mouth.

He looked like he wanted to strangle me. "Oh, wait! HE CAN'T!"

"You look like you want to strangle me, Loki." I said in a damsel-in-destress tone.

"Trust me. If I could, I would."

I picked up the water bottle and set it on Thor's nightstand. I pulled the string on his lamp, and I looked over at him, drool pouring out of his mouth like a waterfall. I took a loose strand of hair off his face and turned for the door.

"Come on. We're going to your room now."

Lucky you. You're room is right across from mine."

"UGH."

"Hey, I don't like it much either Loki." I say harshly while opening his door. The walls were a dark green with very small gold accents. There was a large dark oak canopy bed that had no curtains, but a chest at the end. There were many, many books on the massive bookshelf. The golden lamps seemed like his style, as did the there being no windows.

"And this is your room. That door is a walk-in closet and the other is your bathroom."

"Stark really knows how to decorate, then. I actually like what he's done with this room. I even have a bookshelf."

"Actually, I decorated for you." I reply. 'Watch him change his mind right now and say he hates it,' I say in my head.

"Oh, why?" He asked, spinning around to look at me.

"I voulenteered. I hate you but I want you to feel welcome here. I got welcomed with a brand new room and all." I walked over to him slowly. I grabbed the bulky handcuffs and placed the key inside. "I want you to have that same privlage," I say, looking into his eyes while I turn the key. The cuffs fell into my hands and he rubbed his wrists. I gave him a little smile, but I was quickly sent back to reality.

"I still hate you, though." I snapped.

"Yeah. Hate you, too."

"I picked books I think you'll hate so, have fun with that, Loki." I say, turning to leave. "Goodnight. Oh, and if you aren't up by nine, Stark will play annoying music into the bluetooth speakers in your ceiling."

|LOKI'S POV|

"BOO!"
My eyes shot open, only to see glowing red eyes above me. I let out a panicked yelp and sat up quickly in bed.
There was a laugh from whatever was just there and I feel for the lamp. When I get the string, I tug it and light fills the room. I look to see a cackling Y/n gasping for breath, rolling on the floor. Her eyes were shining red.

"What the fuck was that for!?" I say loudly. "You're unlucky that we have the same powers, Y/n! I'm gonna scare you in the middle of the night tomorrow!"

"I actually lock my door, Loki. And are you naked?" She asks, standing up as her eyes go back to normal.

"No. I have pants on." I say in defence as I pull the covers higher.

"Prove it." She says with a challenging tone.

I transform with speed into wearing sweatpants, then lift up the blanket. "See, Moron?" She nods her head a bit and turns around.

"See you in the morning, Loki. Oh, and when your brother sobers up, I'm going to tell him all about this." She smirks and closes the door behind her.

"What the-. I don't even know what the point of that was." I mutter to myself.

|Y/N'S POV|

I woke up early this morning to help clean up the party area and when I got there, Bruce was sleeping on the counter. You wouldn't think a smart guy with seven PhD's would be passed out on the bar counter. But, hey, this is Avengers Tower. Anything can happen. Maid's were already tidying up the area but you insisted they take the morning off after they did everything to set up last night.

"I got this if you could please leave me some cleaning supplies. You guys worked so hard on setting up last night. Have a break this morning."

"Thank you, Miss Y/n." The main maid, Annie, says as she walks away.

I swept the floor, cleaned all the shot glasses, re-organized the liquor, folded the tablecloths, and re-set the pool table, all without waking up Bruce.

I got a cloth wet in the bar and went around wiping down all the tables with a disinfectant. I had my back facing the door and as I was reaching into the centre of the table, I heard footsteps behind me.

"Good morning to who ever is there. I hope you had a great sleep." I say sweetly.

"Actually, someone woke me up and scared the shit out of me so I didn't have the best sleep." I turned to see Loki standing there, leaning on the wall with his arms crossed over his chest.

"Oh, it's you. Then, never mind." I shoot back quickly.

"You know there are maids to do this for you, right?" He said, walking down the short flight of wide steps that entered the room.

"I thought they should get the morning off. They worked so hard last night setting this all up." I put the spray and rag back on the cleaning cart and walk over to Loki. "I'm going to go make breakfast now, if you'll excuse me."
