At the palace, Kotal walked Flare to a spare room he had set up for guests as a "thank you" for letting him and his Outworlders go and offering to aid them with their realm. From the rooms that she passed by as she followed Kotal was a lot better than the rooms that she's slept in her life.

"Here is your room, Flare," Kotal presented as he opened the door for her and she entered the room. It had a large bed, a bathroom, a closet, a desk, a bookshelf, a couch, and a large window. Flare was in awe of the room as she has never seen a large room that was so spotless. "I hope you will find it comfortable."

"Thank you, Kotal, I will," Flare thanked as she turned her attention to the Osh-Tekk and gave her a slight bow to him. "Get some rest tonight."

"Same to you," said Kotal as he nodded to her to show that he accepted her respect before closing her door as he departed.

Flare then took out her katana with her cover  and her kunai and placed it on the desk after walking around the room to familiarize it. She walked towards the window to see how desolated Outworld was: a lot of its buildings were in ruins, many poor on the streets, begging for food and money, and a lot of people in despair of what is outside of their homes. In her heart, she sympathized with the people of Outworld as she can't imagine how afraid and despair they are in. She then walked towards the bookshelf next to the window and the desk to see less books there, except for a book that seemed to be interesting to her. She picked out a book titled, "Outworld Legends and Species". She opened the book to see kinds of Outworlders such as Edenians, Shokans, Osh-Tekks, Saurains, Zaterrans, Tarkatans, Centaurians, and Naknadans. Until a knock was heard on her door.

"Come in,"  Flare answered as she continued to read the book by the bookshelf. As the door opened, the person entered the room and closed the door from behind him.

"For a cowboy, you sure do have manners," Flare said as he entered the room. Erron then started to approach the ninja as she closed the book. By the window, he got close enough to her and she turned her attention to him.

"You stood your ground back there," Erron complimented. "Usually no one is able to beat the Red Dragon alive. For I thought, Shirai Ryu were mercenaries."

"For mercenaries like him are too quick to assume, especially if they are Black Dragon, whom they are obscure to understand," Flare claimed, as she put the book back at the shelf.

"Look at you, talking casual," said Erron.

"Why do you, Outworlders, care so bad for an Earthrealmer to let you guys go free?" Flare asked, giving him a look of despise. "Especially if Kotal has no hatred towards Earthrealm and its inhibitants?"

"That's not why I am not here at this hour," Erron answered. He then started to walk close to her enough to stare at her eyes closely and him back at him. "I was hoping that I could see you again." Flare found it to be amusing to see someone desperate to get close to her, face-to-face.

"Your eyes seemed to remind me of someone I met before," Erron claimed.

"Who is this person?" Flare questioned, giving a brow look to him, but also knowing she shouldn't care.

"Someone who had a lot of sympathy, but deep down felt like she's trapped in her own world," Erron answered as he had flashbacks of drowning and him being rescued by a girl. "A girl whose eyes seeked acceptance, not despair." Flare, amused by his answer, continued to stare at his eyes as if she was looking at his soul.

"So who's this girl to you?" Flare questioned.

"Someone who changed my life," Erron answered, as he stared down to himself, until his eyes came back to hers. "Someone that he liked." Amused again with his answer, she stared at him, but no words to say, and he did her back.

But after a moment of mesmerizing, she then walked to the door to escort him out of the room

But after a moment of mesmerizing, she then walked to the door to escort him out of the room.

"Well, you got what you wanted, you should get some rest," Flare claimed, as she she opened the door. Erron then started to walk to the door.

"Rest well," Erron bidded as he walked out the door.

"Same to you," Flare bidded as she closed her door. She then took off her mask as she walked towards the bed to laid down and face the ceiling.

"Why do you care, Raya?" Flare asked. "He's just fooling you to get on your edge."

"To that, I shouldn't care?" Raya asked. "Not to an Outworlder. Except why does it feel like I've met him before. Was I when I saved a little boy from drowning long time ago? What if Erron was that boy? Is this fate?"
