After a long time of preparation, Kotal and D'Vorah were in the carriage as many Osh-Tekk warriors were positioned in front and back of the carriage for protection on their way to the Kove. His allies were in the very front and very back for extra protection. Erron and Flare were in the very front while Ermac, Ferra/Torr, and Reptile were at the very back. Erron, on the other hand, glanced at Flare a few times to see on what she is thinking as they everyone make their way to the Kove.

"So what happened to the boy you helped?" Erron asked, while facing forward and pretending to not look at Flare

"So what happened to the boy you helped?" Erron asked, while facing forward and pretending to not look at Flare.

"Probably went to get some food for his little sister or saving it, who knows," Flare answered, as she didn't turn to him to give him her attention. "Why?"

"Why help a stranger though?" Erron questioned.

"Not everyone is fortunate to live a life, especially in war," Flare answered. "Even if you had powers, some people may not deserve to live, but at least acknowledge the fact that everyone at least deserves peace in their life."

"Do you?" Erron questioned.

"Why would a reckless gunslinger who only cares for money be so concerned of my actions?" Flare asked. "Even being freed by an Earthrealmer?"

"Was just curious," Erron answered, in a tone to show no emotion.

"If you are still in mind of the girl you spoke of, the one that you liked, don't compare me to her," Flare replied. "Whoever she was to you or whatever she was to you, I am not her."

Upon arrival to the Kove, Kotal and D'Vorah exited from the carriage to see that Kano was waiting outside of a small safehouse. His allies then escorted them to the safehouse in case something went wrong.

"Kotal Kahn, you've made it," Kano welcomed, as he bowed to show the Kahn of Outworld respect.

"We've met your terms, Kano, are you to do the same?" Kotal asked.

"Yes, Emperor," Kano answered. "Come right this way. You don't mind if its just me and you, no?"

"Only just two of my companies," Kotal answered, as he turned to his second-in-command, D'Vorah.

"Not a problem," Kano added as he headed inside.

"Erron, come along," Kotal ordered as he headed inside with D'Vorah. "The rest of you, guard the perimeter."

Kotal, D'Vorah, and Erron made their way inside of the safehouse. Flare, Ermac, Reptile, and Ferra/Torr scoured the perimeter of the Kove with the rest of the Osh-Tekk warriors. Flare then walked to the edge of the deck of the Kove, looking at her reflection from the water below her. She looked at her ring to see if it still works in preventing eerie voices.

"Only one way to find out," Flare whispered to herself. She slowly removed the silver ring from her index finger, only for a lot of eerie voices being heard in her head as if there was a being calling her, causing her to place her hands on head.
