"Pack meeting in the living room, 10 minutes" Ashton mind links everyone. "Ugh can't we just rest?" Leo complains. "No, Ashton probably needs to set up a schedule for watch, cooking, cleaning, and sleeping duty" I say to Leo. We head upstairs, all the couches, chairs and floor space is taken so we end up standing."Thank you all for coming, Kaibella did any of you see anything?" "No, we didn't see any human or werewolf." I replied. Liar! My wolf says to me. Shut it! I tell her. "Greg, any problems in town?" Ashton asks. "No only handful of humans, no one was suspicious." "Good now let's have 10 patrolling at all times. Kaibella, Benton, Andrew, and Jessica each of you choose 9 others. Kaibella your team is up first, we will have 4 hour shifts then rotate. Everyone else gets some rest." " George, Gwendolyn, Ava, Max, Felix, Amanda, Zeke, Leo, and Sergio you 9 are with me." We all leave the house, I want 4 teams of 2, spread out."Not you Max and Ava you guard the doors, one in the back one in the front." "See you all in 4 hours stay alert, most importantly stay safe.

" I mind link my team. I go and walk the south side for an hour, I was never good at standing guard so I sit on the ground my back leaning against a tree. I must have dozed off because I hear a a branch snap. I open my eyes slowly and turn my head where the branch snapped, I don't see anyone but I do see a big 10 pt. Buck just standing there. I smile to myself.... I am kind of hungry. I quickly turn into my wolf not bothering to strip my clothes off, and get ready to hunt my prey. I stalk towards the buck his back to me, I crouch down and I am 5 ft away from the buck. All of a sudden this big white wolf goes for my buck! Oh I don't think so mister. So I run and tackle him to the ground. He might be bigger than me but I'm faster. He bucks me off of him and we both start growling at each other and circling each other. I know he's my mate but right jowls I don't care he tried to kill my buck. He stops growling and shifts right in front of me, in all his glory. Let me say oh my god is he delicious. He is 5'11 brown hair, green eyes, muscles every where... Yummy! He must of been talking to me because when I look up he has this smirk on his face. "Shift" He commands. He must be alpha because I can feel the power of his command, but I'm not in his pack so I don't have to obey him. "What are you doing in my territory?" He demands. Haha I laugh and snort, I probably look weird in wolf form. I go to where my clothes are and shift, my clothes are shredded so I don't even bother putting them on. "YOUR TERRITORY. NO THIS IS MY TERRITORY." I yell. "Oh really, who are you?" he asks me. "My name is Kaibella Blackwood, and this is my territory." I say. "I won this territory fair and square so you can leave." He has another thing coming if he thinks that I am going to be the one leaving. "Fine tomorrow we fight for the pack, and the land." I say. "I am not fighting a female let alone my mate!" He is stubborn. "I challenge you to become alpha, fight or don't fight it's the werewolf law; if the old alpha is killed, any children of the old alpha can challenge the new alpha for the alpha position." "I know what the law says. So you are this old alpha Drakes kid huh, isn't that a quinsidence." He was silent for a while than says. "Fine if you want a fight then a fight you shall have. Tomorrow here in this spot we will fight." I look up at him surprised. "See you tomorrow, my mate." He leaves and I am standing there naked in a daze.
