Chapter 9 I walked for a good 10 miles, I don't know where I was but when I looked around I could see the sun going down, and feel the breeze getting chiller. I figured it was time to go back, so I shifted into my wolf. I ran back the way I came but stopped when I seen a red wolf blocking my path. I growled at the wolf, I knew it was a female, but I didn't know if she was friendly or an enemy. We circled each other, both growling, me having alpha blood I wanted her to summit to me. I launched at her and bit down on her shoulder she howled in pain. I aimed for her throat, but she moved at the last minute. I knew that she was from the Stoneblood pack from her smell. So she wasnt a rouge, that was a good thing. We lunged at each other again but this time she got my thigh. I tried reaching around to get ahold of her but couldn't. She tore out a hunk of my thigh, I was losing blood fast. I lunged at her throat again but this time I didn't miss. I held on and didn't let go. I could feel her heartbeat slowly giving a way. Next thing I know I am getting knocked over, whoever it was, was going to die. I look up and my mate stands. I growl at him ready to fight, but he shifts back to human form. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?" He yells. The female shifts, ofcourse they are both naked. Neither my wolf or myself liked that so I growled. "Shania why where you attacking my mate?"

J.T demands. She bows and says "Alpha I was walking, minding my own business when I spotted a rouge. I didn't have time to call for back up because she attacked me!" Bull shit my wolf says to me. J.T demands that I shift. So I do, I don't take my eyes off of this bitch "Shania" we both are glaring at each other, I walk towards her. J.T jumps in between us. "I.... me... I was walking around minding my own business when she attacked me!" I yell. I hear her snort, oh that does it I lunge at her and J.T catches me. "No attacking my pack members, Kaibella, and Shania meet my mate if you attack my mate again you will be punished. Now go home Shania." She gives me a dirty look turns and shifts into her wolf. "Your not going to punish her now, your supposed to protect your mate" I tell him. "Shania is my third in command, we are best friends, and we grew up together. I warned her, she knows not to disobey my orders." I roll my eyes yeah I know next time I see that bitch it's not going to be pretty. I grab my thigh and start walking.., more like limping away. "Are you hurt?" he doesn't wait for my answer instead he lifts me up and carries me bridal style. "Where are we going my place is that way!" "I know but I am bringing you to my pack house to get checked by the pack doctor." I stop struggling and just let him carry me.
