Kovu started training to rule the pridelands with kiara
Imara learned how to stay balanced while fighting (like she no longer falls over whenever she has to move around fast in order to dodge an attack)
Kasi, shabaha, and tazama joined the hunting party
Finally kion
Kion is still relatively the same just a bit taller, though he is still shorter than kiara, he got stronger and is still the pridelands defender, and kiara still calls him, "baby brother"
All is doing well in the pridelands, but will a new threat rise and destroy the pridelands or will kion be able to save the day once more
