Shuichis pov
I was sitting in the living room with rantaro when he suddenly picked up a tiny rectangular object with buttons on it. I stared at it curiously. What is that thing?
He pressed a button and the box lit up suddenly. I yelped in surprise. Rantaro looked over at me in confusion.
"are you ok pup" he asked.
I didn't answer him. I simply got closer to the small box.
"what are you doing shuichi" rantaro bent down to my level.
"ran-ran" I looked up at him urgently "there's tiny people trapped in the box. We have to save them!"
Rantaro burst out laughing.
"why are you laughing" I folded my arms in annoyance.
"darling those aren't tiny people" he held me close "their actors playing out a story on the box for entertainment"
"that's so cool" my eyes lit up excitedly.
"it sure is kid" Rantaro scooped me up and sat me down on his knee "now let's watch tv together"
I nodded and nuzzled into his chest. I used to feel so scared on my own. So alone. Everything changed when rantaro picked me up. Everything feels alot better in his arms
