Ellie POV
* the next day

"Ugh" I said as I rolled over to turn my alarm clock off.

"Ellie , come down stairs." I heard my dad say.

I groaned and got out of bed. I walked down stairs and saw an unfamiliar girl in my seat at the table.

"Uh..?" I say while looking at Beck but all he did was shrug.

"Great you're here! Now we can talk" mom said from behind me.

"Come sit down." Dad gesture to the seat next to the brunette.

I obeyed and sat down next to her.

"Okay this here is Lucy she is our new neighbor and it's her first day of school today. I brought her over so she can at least know someone here. Ellie, Beck you guys will all drive together."my dad smiled.

This girl was really pretty. She has long wavy hair, skinny, and has a warm smile that can make a room light up.

"Hi I'm Ellie but you can call me El is you want." I said and held out my hand for her to shake.

She shook it "I'm Lucy Roth very nice to meet you." She then turned to Beck and I did to but when I did I saw him staring at her with wide eyes like she is the most beautiful girl he has ever seen.

I snapped my fingers in front of his face and he came back to reality." Sorry I'm Beck. Lovely to meet you." He smiled and he took her hand and gave it a kiss.

I rolled my eyes. Such a flirt, I thought.

"Ellie you should get ready or your going to be late." Mom said.

I looked at the clock and saw that I only had ten minutes to get ready.

I ran upstairs and put on my skinny jeans, maroon tank top and my grey converse. I brushed my hair and left it down. After I got done getting dress, I went back down stairs and saw that beck was flirting with Lucy. I can tell Lucy looked very uncomfortable so I pulled Beck from the collar of his shirt and dragged him out to the car.

"Ellie let me go!" I pushed him toward the driver seat and to the passenger side. When I was about to get in Lucy whispered. "Thank you."

I smiled and nodded then we drove off to school.

~5 minutes later~

"Don't be nervous okay?" I said to Lucy as we walked in the school corridors.

"Okay" she said fidgeting a little bit.

I walked her to the office and stayed till she got all of her information.

After we exit the office I saw Carolyn and Niall coming this way.

"Would you like to meet my friends?" I offered.

She nodded and smiled.

"Hey babe" Niall said and gave me a quick peck on the lips then he started attacking my face with kisses.

I laughed loudly and then pushed him away playfully, he then put an arm around my waist.

I saw that Carolyn and Lucy already had a conversation going.

"Lucy this is my friend Carolyn and my boyfriend Niall. Niall, Carolyn this is Lucy Roth."

They shook hands and then we walked over to the rest of our group.

"Louis give it back!" Eleanor said as she chased Lou around us.

Lucy looked very startled so she was standing behind me a little bit.
