" Wait! I don't think we should avoid it. I say let's get closer to it," Louis said, trying to ignore Harry's death glare. " Just hear me out, Harry. Please," he asked the green-eyed man with a pleading tone and puppy dog eyes.

" Is there any particular reason you are trying to lead the team into a possible death trap?" Harry asked with annoyance, not taking his eyes off the omega.

" Because that ship could be our best chance to get resources quickly and relatively easily. Look, we should at least check if it's abandoned. Because if the passengers and crew left it as soon as the first lockdowns were announced, and they ditched without clearing the stocks out, we have a good chance of finding food supplies there. And if they did manage to bring them when they left in all the confusion, they still must have left valuable equipment back on board," Louis excitedly said, wiping his sweaty hands on his trousers.

" Look at how big that ship is," the omega pointed toward the other vessel. " She was most likely something similar to a city when she operated. A ship that big needed regular maintenance, meaning she has special equipment like power tools and other things," Louis was looking at Harry, trying really hard to get across his opinion and convince the pack leader to take a detour. " How about that, Marcel? New tools would be useful, right?"

Louis knew exactly what he was doing, and he couldn't deny the fact he enjoyed it. Messing with Harry's head and making the alpha accept the fact the omega was right made him thrilled. The blue-eyed boy remembered Marcel telling how some essentials like motor oil and important, irreplaceable tools were missing from his set. Marcel told how if some of the machines of the ships he maintained seriously broke down, he wouldn't be able to repair them without those things. Now that the younger triplet was called out, he straightened his back from his usual slight hunch, as everyone was looking at him curiously. Harry moved his eyes as well, landing them on his younger brother, raising a brow expectantly.

" Actually, I think Louis is right about that. That ship could be a gold mine in relation to the equipment we don't have back at home," he adjusted his glasses, looking at Harry. From the intense stare off of the two of them, Louis assumed they talked telepathically, or at least they could read each other's expressions better than the omega himself. The smaller lad waited with the continuation of his reasoning until Harry was looking at him again.

" And if that's not enough for you... Think about how Edward would kill you if you wouldn't bring back medical supplies. That ship, that city-like ship must have a fully stocked medical unit," Louis landed the final blow.

" You are probably right about that," it was evident Harry really measured the possibilities in his mind, being somewhat open-minded about what Louis was suggesting. " But how could we lead the team into possible danger, for something that might not even be there? That ship could become a death trap easily. It's either not abandoned, full of zombies, or cleared out from usable stuff. Or even corroded so badly we would fall to death stepping on her deck. And let's not forget our first and foremost goal with this run is to get food. Everything else can wait until we find enough for the pack to last at least till the middle of spring."

" Exactly why we have to try and scout out the situation. I'm not saying go headfirst into danger, but it might be better if we could somehow check the ship from inside. Of course, only if it's safe. But see those orange dots? The lifeboats? They are still stored in their davits. They weren't moved from there for a long time. And that means there's food there. On every passenger ship, it was a regulation to have enough food ration for every single person the ship was certified to carry, meaning there are these tiny biscuits or bars, each of them containing enough calories to last a day for an adult alpha. 5000 calories each. And with a ship this big? That means at least 2000 portions of those high in calories food, but most likely much more."
