Chapter 6- Camilla Rivers
"Are you sure about this?" Candice whispered quietly as we climbed our way up to the window of my brother's room where he and Josh were.
"Yes, trust me, I've done this before." Penny quietly said as she helped Candice climb up the wall of the house.
We were gonna scare the living poop out of them. I guess it would work on Dennis but not on Josh. But, who the hell cares?
"Wait," We heard Cassandra call with a video camera in her hand.
"Shh," I shushed her.
She murmured a small 'sorry' and handed me the camera.
I place the camera near the window and climbed over the window as quietly as I can. I pressed the record button and waited for some action.
Cameryn was on the other side of the room, near the door. She turned off the lights when she saw us climbing up.
"What the...?" Dennis looked around.
What the, indeed.
"What was that?" Josh asked nudging Dennis when they heard Cameryn's fast knocking.
Dennis' face paled.
My dear brother was convinced that there were ghosts lurking around the house ever since we moved here.
"W-Who's t-there?"
"Dude, maybe it's your sister," Josh said, obviously scared.
Do you know that feeling when you think you're doing something really badass and you're just so proud of yourself?
Well, that's exactly how I feel right now.
"My sister's in the-therapy rem-remember?" Dennis stuttered even more when the knocks increased.
I smirked, Cassandra moved to the door and helped with the knocking.
That was the plan, it was dark out and we knew when we turn off the lights it would become completely dark. So, we assigned Cassandra and Cameryn to do the knocking. While, Candice, Penny and I do the rest.
By the rest, I mean the fun part.
I cleared my throat silently and tried to imitate a little girl's voice. I had a little make up on if ever they saw me and I was wearing a white dress.
"Where's my mommy?" I asked hiding in the corner so that they wouldn't see me.
Candice and Penny went over to Cassandra and Cameryn. This is gonna be fun.
"Dude. What the hell was that?!?" Dennis cried, clutching to Josh for his dear life.
Josh's face paled.
"Mommy? Are you my mommy?" I asked, surpressing a laugh. I heard Cameryn do some stomping for effects.
"N-no! Shoo! Go away!" Josh shouted, hugging the pillow he was carrying.
"Josh, I think I pissed."
"Shut up, Dennis." Josh growled, hugging his pillow.
Aw, the 'tough' guys are scared of me.
"We are gonna die." Dennis started whimpering.
Poor guy, I actually pity him.
"Spa-Spare our lives. Please." Dennis pleaded.
I looked at the girls who motioned for me to continue my lines.
Maybe they haven't suffered enough yet.
I raised my eyebrows and shrugged.
"Look behind you." I whispered quietly when I saw that Penny placed her old doll behind the two shaking boys.
When they turned around, they both screamed.
I couldn't hold it in anymore, I started laughing like crazy. The lights turned on and I saw the girls doubled over with laughter.
"What the heck?" Josh glared at us, patting and hugging Dennis who was really shaken up.
"I'm s-sorry." I apologized, still laughing.
"You're an ass, Camilla Denise Rivers." Dennis stated, sniffing.
"Sorry," I apologized again, higging him.
"Is... Is that a camera?" Dennis blinked.
"What? No." Cameryn went over to the window and grabbed the camera, tossing it to Cassandra who caught it with ease.
"It is." Dennis narrowed his eyes at me.
I know that look. That look is bad.
"Cass, run. Run!" I shouted.
Cassandra ran out followed by Penny and the others.
Before I could blink, Dennis zoomed past me.
I grabbed Josh's arm before he could escape and pecked him on the lips.
"Sorry." I muttered before chasing after my brother.
Best day of my life.
