Ava's POV
I could hear everybody who came into my room to talk to me. I never heard Reese though. After a few day's though, Sam told me that she didn't leave her room and that she was blaming herself for what happened. Tony and Sam blamed themselves too.
Ever since I blacked out, I have been trying to wake up but haven't been able to. When I heard Sam's speech thing, I tried even though I thought it wouldn't work. I actually woke up halfway through his little chat thing and decided to just sit and listen. When he finished and said "I love you," I said it right back and his head shot up so fast.
After we established that he wasn't dreaming and that I was in fact alive and awake, we decided that we weren't going to tell anybody just yet and I would walk into their room and start talking to them like nothing happened. It was going to be hilarious to see their reactions.
After we talked for a little bit, he left to go get Bruce. Bruce kicked Sam out so he could run some tests. While he was taking blood, he was telling me about how everyone's survival skills basically went down the drain while I was out. Luckily, there were no missions.
Once Bruce finally finished the tests, and I had surprised everyone with myself, I went to Reese's room. When I went in, I saw her, Pietro, and Wanda all cuddled up sleeping on her bed. I took a picture and then I woke up Pietro and Wanda. They hugged me and we all cried. Nat had mentioned that they had all become like siblings over the past few weeks and I was glad that she had that sibling bond in her life. It would probably be a while before she had real siblings anyways.
Pietro and Wanda left so I could talk to her. I shook her awake and she started crying when she saw I was there. We talked for a while and I ended up sleeping in her room.
