George walked into the tea cafe, the smell of different types of tea instantly overcome his senses.

He loved the smell, to say the least, but what surprised him was, when he saw someone new making themselves a cup of tea that looked like Ceylon black tea.

They had a long cottage-style dress, that fit and showed their curves perfectly and had a piercing on their nose. And their hair was up in a messy bun with some of the hair covering their eye.

But what caught George off guard was their ears and tail, he soon realized they were a fox hybrid.

Soon coming out of his trance of staring, he started walking to them wanting to at least have a chat, before he went to pick out some tea his friend Ponk recommended to him.

" Hello, Are you a new worker here? " George said as he stopped and waved to them.

George smiled warmly as the person, lifted their head and closed their book, and greeted them back.

" Yes I do, actually I just started here. Do you work here too? " they asked putting their head in their hands.

" heh No actually, I'm just a frequent customer, " George said while rubbing his neck using the other to shrug.

The other face made an 'O' expression and went back to their tired-looking face, " Oh! Well why don't you sit as u are the only one here " they said as they pointed to the chair across from them that was empty.

George happily compiled as he moved and sat, " Well is it ok if I ask for a name? " George asked putting his hands on the table and putting one, on top of the other.

" My name is Fundy, yours? " Fundy said as he put his book to the side of the table engaging more into the conversation.

" George, Nice to meet u Fundy " George smiled a toothy grin in finally learning the other name.

The two continued to have a conversation, George also forgetting why he came to the shop. Fundy on the other hand was happy to have someone to talk to.

" Wait wait wait, So you're saying that your mother was a salmon, and yet you're father is a human, and yet you're a fox??? " George was shocked and stuttered through most of the sentence,

but was also astonished by it.

Fundy giggled and nodded, " Crazy right? "

" Yea! Most definitely! "

George swears he's gonna melt the next time the fox laughs.

" George if you don't mind me asking why did u come here? As you surely didn't come here because of me. "

George paused, why did he come here?..

"Shit. Excuse me for a minute Fundy, " George exclaimed standing up and hurriedly walked to the tea section his friend told him the tea is.

Fundy giggled and nodded.

George tried his best to keep his knees to not give out and started to read the tea label his friend wanted him to try.

'Yunnan black tea' interesting, George turned to Fundy and walked up to him.

" Have you tried this before? " Fundys face examining it, and he nodded his head yes.

" Yes actually, it's very good. But u should try it during winter, it makes the flavor 'pop' more " Fundy giggled at his air quotations. And Goerge can't help but blush more as the laugh was more than music to his ears.

" You can have it for free, If! You take me on a date " Fundy smiled trying his best to hide his red face with his hair.

George froze almost dropping the tea box, he zoned back in and grinned" Of course! why don't we go now? I mean we are the only people here and it is almost closing time "

Fundy giggled and got up, taking George's hand dragging him in, and pecked his lips.

" Let me get my things then " Fundy then walked away, leaving George they're frozen and red.

He somehow was already in love with Fundy.
