"
                              The rain teems to cool the summer heat down,
                              But it pours on for days, for days to flood the house;
                              Wet clothes and soggy shoes everywhere,
                              And nobody knows the sun's whereabouts.
                              Can it stop already? I need to dry my tears,
                              I need my heart to be kissed by the flaring light,
                              I've cooled off enough, allow me to the warmth now,
                              And maybe wait to fall until the next invite.
                              "
