"Yay!" Lehala shouted when they arrived at the town, seeing the hanging lights and people dancing in the square.

"Slow down, Leha!" Sam shouted as they ran after their sister, who had immediately darted towards the square.

"Are we not gonna go after them?" Jeongin asked.

"They'll be fine. If they need anything, they'll find us." Felix said as she played with her bracelet.

"Let's go!" Kayden said excitedly, pulling Jeongin into the crowd of people with Wren following close behind.

"I'm gonna go sign up for the open mic," Jisung stated as he held up his guitar. "I'll be right back."

Haven announced, "I'll go with you."

"Good luck," Felix said. "Hope it goes well."

Jisung responded, "Thanks, big bro." He ran off to the stage to sign up with Haven following after him.

"What should we do first?" Changbin questioned as he looked around at everything.

"You guys go do something by yourselves," Felix replied, smiling at her best friends. "Go on."

"But what about you?" Seungmin asked.

"I'll be alright on my own. You two rarely get to do couple stuff like this, so go on." Felix said with a light teasing lilt to her voice.

"We're not a couple!" Changbin said in protest as he was pulled away by Seungmin.

Felix just smirked as she watched them walk away, going over to one of the stands selling little trinkets.

"Hi!" A cheery voice said from beside her, startling her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I just saw that you were alone and thought you looked kinda lonely. If you want me to go away I will." The person said. Felix looked over at them. They were cute.

The person had on a soft blue hoodie and black jeans with a wooden wolf charm tied around their neck.

"Oh, uh, hi. I'm Felix." Felix said softly, holding her hand out for the boy to shake.

"Hi, Felix! I'm Hyunjin. What are your pronouns?" Hyunjin asked.

This caught Felix off guard because most people she met didn't ask for her pronouns.

"Oh, uh, they change all the time, but right now it's she/her. I'm genderfluid." Felix said.

"That's cool! My pronouns are he/him." Hyunjin said with a smile.

Felix nodded.

"Do you have an indicator that would tell me what your pronouns are without me asking? Cause it's gotta be kinda annoying for people to ask every single day." Hyunjin said, bouncing on his heels.

"Yeah, my bracelet. If the pink side is up then my pronouns are she/her, if blue then he/him, and if I'm not wearing it at all it's they/them." Felix explained as she showed Hyunjin her bracelet.

Hyunjin smiled at her. "Wanna hang out with me and my friends?"

"Sure," Felix said with a shrug. "I could use the company."

"Are you already here with anybody?" Hyunjin asked as he led Felix towards the middle of the square.

"Yeah, my friends and my younger brothers. My youngest brothers ran off while my other brother went to sign up for the open mic. And then my friends went off to do a couple of things." Felix said with a shrug.

"Yeah, my friends do that too. They claim to not be dating, but they act like a couple." Hyunjin said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Heesung! Where are the girls?" Hyunjin said, tilting his head as he looked around for someone.
