Can I have this dance? (Atsuhina)

It was raining outside. Hinata was making tea for Atsumu in the kitchen and his Tsumu was dozing off in their bedroom since it was an off day for them. Hinata passes the hallway of their house. The hallway walls are covered in their pictures over the years along with the wedding picture Osamu took and the just married sign hanging below it. Hinata used to ask Atsumu many times after their wedding why he hasn't still removed that board and Atsumu will always smile and responds with "Because it feels the same every day, even after this time and will be the same even after ten years like we just got married and moved in here" to which Hinata would blush and hide in Atsumu's chest.

He knocks lightly on their bedroom door, calls for Atsumu to stop being lazy and come out. Atsumu comes out yawning, his hair falling possibly in every direction they could, and his eyes trying to find his husband. Hinata was currently back in the kitchen, pouring the tea in their kitty-faced cups, out of all people, Kenma gifted them. Atsumu sneaks behind Hinata and slowly swoops his arms around him and puts his head against Hinata's back.

"Why can't we just stay in bed all day?", Atsumu says while pouting. He loves sulking at his husband even after all these years.

"We were until now"

"But I wanna stay more"

"Okay so how about we watch the High School Musical together?"

"Senior Year?"

"Senior Year," says Hinata smiling

They both set themselves in the living room and Atsumu plays the movie. Hinata gets up in between the movie and takes the empty teacups with him. He was just finishing washing the dishes when Atsumu calls for him. Hinata turns only to see Atsumu kneeling in front of him asking for Hinata's hand.

"Tsumu what's this? "

" Can I have this dance, Mrs. Shoyo Miya?"

Hinata then gets aware of the music that was starting to play on the TV. He gently smiles at Atsumu then tangles their hands together.

"Yes, you may. "

Atsumu starts

"Take my hand, take a breath

Pull me close and take one step

Keep your eyes locked on mine

And let the music be your guide"

They enter the living room together again, Hinata putting his other hand on Atsumu's back. Similarly, Atsumu puts his other hand on Hinata but on his waist. They sway to the music together with both of them singing their parts and looking at each other in the eyes with the love that their eyes carry for their other half.

"It's like catching lightning, the chances of finding

Someone like you

It's one in a million, the chances of feeling

The way we do...

Hinata gently places his head on Atsumu's chest and look at him again singing

"Take my hand, I'll take the lead

And every turn will be safe with me

Don't be afraid, afraid to fall

You know I'll catch you through it all"

They remember how hard it was for them to be in a long-distance relationship, from Hyogo all the way to Miyagi, and even harder when Hinata decided to go to Brazil for beach training. All the calls weren't enough. All the voice messages of them crying and telling the other one how much they missed the other one. All the time they just wanted to leave everything and get together. And after they've been through everything this was their heaven.

Atsumu was tearing up a bit but Hinata won't let his love cry. He tip-toes on his feet and kisses Atsumu's eyes mouthing an I love you each time. He loves him dearly. very much. Atsumu leans in for a kiss, gently placing his lips on Hinata, and Hinata kisses back. They keep dancing until the song ends and then enjoy their afternoon off together.

Even after the 15 years of them getting married, the board of Just Married, the photo that Osamu took of them dancing to ' Can I have this dance' still hangs in their hallway with many other new memories of them with each other and their son, a little addition to the family they had after 7 years of their marriage.
