Mad-Eye has the spider over a bucket of water, it's wriggling.

"Scores of witches and wizards have claimed that they only do did you-know-whose bidding under the influence of the imperious curse. But here's the rub, how do we sort out the liars? Another..another.. Come on come on. Longbottom is it? Up."

Neville Longbottom stands.

"Professor Sprout tells me you have an aptitude for herbology."

"There's the um...The cruciatus curse."

"Correct! Correct! come come. Particularly nasty. The torture curse."

Mad-Eye begins torturing the spider with magic, it squeals.

"Stop it! Can't you see it's bothering him, stop it!"

Mad-Eye stops. Neville is disturbed. Mad-Eye picks up the spider which is still making a noise.

"Perhaps you could give us the last unforgivable curse Miss Granger."

Hermione shakes her head. He casts a spell and the spider disintegrates.

"The killing curse. Only one person is known to have survived it. And he's sitting in this room."

He approaches Harry's desk and takes a drink. Athena approached the spider they stares at her she took an unfamiliar wand.

"Avada Kedavra"

"Ms. Potter isn't it? Your bravery might put you in Azkaban if you use it to your classmate."

"I'm not stupid professor, you asked to kill the spider but no one did. I did it, I forgot, this wand isn't mine I found it last week in world cup. I'll keep this it has a jackalope antlers core and I like it."

"She's my girlfriend." Draco said

"You're dating a Malfoy? You are so talented and wise but you have a low taste when it comes to men."

"And your breath smells like polyjuice potion." She walk off and sat at the back

Harry, Ron and Hermione realized what's going on, moody can't trick Athena.

"Brilliant isn't he! Completely demented of course. Terrifying to be in the same room with, he's really BEEN there you know."

"There's a reason those curses are unforgivable, and to perform them in a classroom. I mean did you see Neville's face."

"Granger it is because Neville's parents got tortured with cruciatic curse, they're in St. Mungo's Hospital their sane was gone."

"How did you know Athena? And do you really smell the polyjuice potion on professor moody?"

"Yes. I know because Draco's mom told me about her sister Bellatrix she warned me about her. She lost her sane in Azkaban and tortured Longbottom, if I were you I'll never butt my nose on others life."

"Neville?"

Mad-Eye approaches Neville and pats him on the shoulder.

"Son. You alright?"

Neville nods.

"Come on, we'll have a cup of tea. I want to show you something."

"Bye Ron. Bye Granger." Athena run downstairs chasing Draco with a girl again.

"Another side hoe? Nice you like olive skin don't you?"

"Athena this is Aurelia from Beauxbatons, Aurelia this is Athena."

"Draco's girl bestfriend." Athena shook her hand almost crashing Aurelia's bone.
