Azura POV
I threw Kane a smile before climbing into the passenger seat and watching him walk back around to get in the drivers.
He drove for about 10 minutes before pulling into a Burger King.
"I need... Burger King?" I asked him with an amused smile. He let out a small laugh and parked. "You need food love." He got out of the car and walk over to open my door. I opened it before he got to it first on purpose. Then I hopped out and looked up at him. "I can open my own door... love."
He smiled and watched me walk into the fast food restaurant without him.
"What are you getting?" -Kane
"Mmm, chicken fries with fries and a medium vanilla shake You?" -Me
"A chicken sandwich with fries and a large Dr Pepper." -Kane
Kane ordered our food. I offered to pay for my food at least but he didn't let me.
So rude.
"Then what?" -Me
"What do you mean?" -Kane
"After this. Where are we going?" -Me
"Ah. That's for me to know, and for you to find out later." -Kane
I whined and tugged on his arm. He laughed and gently pulled me away from his arm. "You know, for us meeting just about an hour ago you're very touchy." I looked up at Kane and smiled while thinking about it. It was true. I felt really comfortable. "Well, you're buying me food so you got yourself into my good side."
"Order 257!" -Employee
I walked up and got our food before running back to the car eating some of the easy access fries. "I hope you know from which you're eating because you're getting the one with less fries." Kane said to me and I looked at him with a petty glare. Honestly, I have no idea from which one I'm eating.
"Come on! Just tell me where we're going!" I begged him to tell me for the rest of the 30 minutes he drove. He didn't look and sound bothered by it at all and that made me feel more comfortable than I already was.
"We're here love." -Love
I got out of the car with our food and followed him into the most beautiful sight I have ever seen.
I looked ahead and saw a field of different types and colored flowers. There was a small box like building right in the middle and when you sat on it, you can see the view of the city from there.
All of the lights of people who were still awake in their hotel rooms, in their offices, in their homes. All of the lights that belonged to the cars of people driving home to their families, people driving home to nothing.
It was beautiful and so relaxing.
"Do you come here often?" -Me
