Chapter 19

Atsumu arrived at the base late. His hair was messy and he was covered in hickeys from both Sakusa and some random alpha at the bar. He stumbled into Sakusa's office to get his next mission.

Sakusa eyed him before handing him an envelope. They locked eyes and Atsumu felt his heart beat increase. He bowed politely before rushing off and to Oikawa.

"Oikawa!!" Atsumu shouted. Oikawa was sitting next to his mate and they were talking. Oikawa looked up and smiled towards Atsumu.

"We have a mission" Atsumu gasped out. His breathing was coming in quick spurts as he tried to collect it. Oikawa dismissed himself before grabbing Atsumu and dragging him away. He grabbed the envelope and read the mission

"Its pretty simple. Also it says your brother can't work for the time being because of his pregnancy" Atsumu nodded and took the envelope back. His breathing was normal again.

"Steal a necklace??? What does boss want with the necklace? Doesn't matter grab your mask" Atsumu commanded. He put on his fox mask that covered his eyes and nose but not his mouth. Oikawa had a similar mask but it was a black cat with red stripes.

The two of them were known as the fox and cat duo. Unstoppable omegas who always get the job done.

Once they got their weapons and got into the truck. Tendou started the engine and they were off.

"Tsumu you see stressed about something.. Wanna talk about it??" Oikawa asked while examining the blue prints.

"Its about the boss" Atsumu whispered catching Oikawa's  attention. Atsumu opened up about everything. About their glances and the kissing. He opened up about the heat and everything that happened in the kitchen the day they won. He let Oikawa know about how his heart beat would pick up every time their eyes locked.

Oikawa listened and sighed.

"You've got a case of love Atsumu. But just know that the boss doesn't do love He'll throw you out when he's bored. I'm not saying to give up. I'm simply warning you. The boss has been heartless for years. He killed his family and everyone he didn't find worthy of living. Don't fall to deep I dont wanna see my best friend hurt"

Before Atsumu could respond Tendou started his count down. The two jumped out the truck and got to work on the building. Atsumu jumped into the opened window and looked around with his gun up. Once he found everything clear he let Oikawa know before rushing to where the necklace was.

It was beautiful. The case was secured with lasers kinda like the diamond from before. The necklace was gold with a heart pendant hanging from it. The heart pendant was filled with tiny red diamonds. Atsumu inhaled deeply and started dancing through the lasers.

He got to the end and looked at the lock on the case.

"Kawa hair pin" he said and watched as Oikawa slid a hairpin under the lasers. Atsumu got it and unlocked the case. He grabbed the box that held the necklace and nodded towards Oikawa. He slid the box under the lasers and started working back towards the brown haired omega.

"HEY WHO'S THERE" The security guard yelled. Atsumu looked over and immediately got out of the lasers.

"Kitty get out of here!!" Atsumu shouted. Oikawa gripped the box and jumped from the window that immediately closed after him. Atsumu looked around and cursed. Cop sirens could be heard getting closer. He looked around and noticed the new security systems that they triggered.

The guard held his gun up high making Atsumu raise both hands in defeat. He dropped his gun and listened closely.

"Second window to your left. There's a bunch of trash bags that'll help your landing" Oikawa said into his ear piece.

"Yknow it was nice meeting you Beta. But its time for me to go" Atsumu saluted before grabbing his gun and backing to the window.

"Goodbye Daichi Sawamura" He smirked before jumping out the window. He cursed loudly as his leg caught in some glass. Oikawa came running and helped him to the car. Tendou took off driving while Oikawa tried to help Atsumu.

"Its true... Sakusa only cares about his collection" Tendou said from the front. Atsumu looked towards the necklace they just stole. He winced at the feeling of his leg being moved.

"I'm gonna be the one to bring the necklace to the boss"
